Park across the stree at the muni lot; no need to feed the meter after six and, press the button and get ten free minutes if you arrive slightly before six! Every dish stood on its own! And, from the moment we walked in, whomever we came in contact with took good care of us. Our white wine was properly chilled and the red opened and we really enjoyed our two top at the top of the stairs. We had a choice of either a three or four course menu and we are very glad we chose the four. The crudo was so fresh and combined well with the yogurt but the escargots, with the polenta!! Where was more bread to sop up the sauce! The risotto was a nice choice but, again, the tagliatelle with chicken livers stole the pasta course. The cobia and lamb sausage, while very different from each other, were both excellent in their own right. Cobia subtle in its butter sauce and the lamb sausage with its spicy kick accompanied by couscous with charred cauliflower. Dessert was just as enjoyable - both the coconut cheescake (not what you would expect if youre expecting heavy cream cheese) and the gateau aux pommes. French press coffee was an added treat.

Pro: Food. BYOB. Con: gotta do a full 4 course meal. Highly recommend chicken liver mousse (appetizer), so many levels to its rich flavor profile - crunchiness, smoothness, kick of upbeat radish, and freshness of finely chives. Their dry-aged NY strip (medium rare) is soooo on point! And juicy! Its a big entree with fries and greens. Arguably better than what I had at Eataly in NYC (by the Flatiron Building). Duck breast is good too (see photo).

Perfect presentation. Flavor perfection. The prix fix menu has numerous selections. Choices available for all diet preferences. The potato croquettes had a crisp exterior; light fluffy interior. The pork was moist and tender; spaetzle and redcabbage were a balance of texture and flavor to compliment the pork. No time gor dessert as we were off to the movies. Chef surprised us w cherry scones. Cerise is a unique.

The hummus was good but snall. Gnocchi was also good but small. Fillet was just okay. Bread pudding was odd with weird spices. Giving a 3 becuase the overall experience was not worth 59 a person plus a 5$ byob fee. My wife and couple were disappointed with the food. But the kale salad was amazing. Going to give it another shot when the menu changes, as I still have high hopes.

Cerise is without a doubt the best value on the Main Line. The food is consistently outstanding, the service is attentive, and the value for what you get is second to none. Ben and his team always do a first-rate job.
