Well for one, my delivery guy didnt even know what change to give me. My total was $21.70 and I gave hime $40. He didnt have enough change, he only had $12. I took the $12 and he said he would come back for the other $6, never did. To top it off, I ordered the 8 piece boneless wings and they gave me 7 and a little baby one about the size of a quarter. The pizza wasnt hot and was too hard as if they left it in for too long. Very disappointed tbh.

Called today before they opened at 11, a gentleman "the supposed manager" named Joel picked up with a very nasty attitude and said hold. Had me on hold for 5 minutes to come back on the line and when i asked if theyre hiring, he responded very rudely with a no. When I asked to speak to the manager, he rudely responded " I am the manager" and hung up.

Ordered pizza at 12:19 for lunch and waited over 2 hours for the pizza to arrive. When I called back to ask about they kept making excuses about being busy. Pizza came like warm. So disappointed. Shame on you Pizza Hut. Next time Ill stick with dominos

I live nearby and its easier to pickup. Delivery fee is overpriced. They make it quick and keep it warmed until picked up. Im also impressed at how their quality and options of style and flavor of pizza increased. Much better than Dominos.

Ordered online and the wrong location got our order then called the right location and said we have to pick up the food because theirs no driver there . . Whats the whole point of ordering n how is there no driver on schedule .

Horrible ass customer service! Pregnant woman on shift right now is so rude when asking what kind of fries they have. They always look miserable to work here! Need to hire new staff or maybe a new manager!! This store sucks
