I would like to give this Pizza Hut a negative 10 rating! A very old man answers and tell him that I would like to order a pizza and have it delivered to my son who is staying at the holiday inn on sumneytown Pike. He asks what my address is when I tell him my Michigan address, he ask do you know where youre calling? I responded with yes Pizza Hut in Pennsylvania. He proceeds to tell me he doesnt deliver to Michigan! What the hell??? He then follows with hold on I have people here I need to help! He doesnt put me on hold, but sets the phone down and I can hear him talking with customers. I wait for over 8 minutes and then he hangs up on me!!! Are you freaking kidding?!?! A monkey can do this job and your screwing it up!! When I call back a girl answers and when I ask if shes a member of management she replies with yes. I tell her the story and she giggles and says yes the pizza was burning and I told him to come back here. Umm okay thats why I could hear him telling customers their total...

Wow, I was just going to order here. I have ordered previously and decided to catch up on reviews because YES they LOVE to UNDERCOOK the PIZZAS. Which is why I am not going to order because I told myself it was the last time I am ordering from this place! They skimp on toppings after telling you want more (sauce and cheese are VERY sparse, or you add extra and they WAY OVER do it). The biggest concern is the lack to detail on the pizzas. I have lived in the area for over 5 years. I go back to a small town in Iowa and we order Pizza Hut every other night when I am back. These pizza huts are SO gross compared to PROPERLY run pizza huts! Corporate needs to shut down some of these bad places, because I wasnt going to order in Iowa thinking that it was going to be the same crappy pizza but NO!!! Keep the reviews going so this place gets what it projects to the community!!! Karma is going to haunt this hut - FYI you lost my business from this and Souderton location. Both need to be shut down.

This place is unbelievably HORRIBLE!!!!!!! First off they are way too expensive. You order two things and its $50 dollars, thats crazy. Anyway Im just gonna list the things I have been throw. 1) Delivery guy spilled hot sauce all over the front of my door on my brand new $100 dollar mat outside. And he said nothing about it. Nor did they do anything about it. 2) I just had two surgeries and had to have my sons get up the last few dollars in my house to order a pizza for their dinner. The delivery guy told my 8 and 9 year old sons thanks for the tip... Meaning they only tipped him one dollar so thanks for nothing. My sons were very upset because he was nasty with them at the door. As a mom I was beyond mad

There always screwing my orders up Tonight was my last order though They previously told me i had an account credit for sucky food and i called tonight to use it but the credit was nowhere to be found but they eventually let me use it, order of 48 wings they forgot all of the blue cheese thats half the reason i order wings so theres that than i opened the bag the wings came in and half the sauce is at the bottom of the takeout bag so were 2 for 2 at this point then i decided to try the stuffed crust pizza i ordered and it absolutely sucked it wasnt cut it was bland and the most important part-the cheese was awful Goodbye pizza hut theres much better than this constant mistake riddled bs you serve

I havent been to pizza hut since I moved to PA over a decade ago, but I got the craving for a meat lovers today. It was great, and not nearly as greasy as other pizza places Ive been to, but thats beside the point. I read the reviews before I ordered from there, and they spoke about the great customer service and I feel the need to chime in. Larry is outstanding. By far the friendliest employee Ive come across in a long time, anywhere. I like to frequent places where I feel like I have a friend, and Larry is definitely a friendly guy. Kudos to him!

I had the worst experience ordering pizza from this store. I received cold pizza more than 1 hr late. I made numerous calls to the store & the store guy either didnt pick-up or hangs up the phone when asked for a delivery status. I the called up to put a new carryout order. He is eager to take up new order. But when asked if I can come and pickup an existing order, he immediately hangs up. It would have been good if they atleast notify the delay. There are various other pizza shops near by who have much better service than this.

RUDE RUDE RUDE Nothing but cursing & fighting coming from the preparation area. This was with a store full of customers. No mgr. on the premises. I guess he/she was embarrased to admit to it. These individuals would have made a drill sargeant blush! I would never go there again & always recommend that people go elsewhere. They even overcharged for a specialty pizza that was supposed to be 10.99 & would not honor the price in the window!

I dont enjoy uncooked pizza, its like they didnt cook the pizza on purpose. The cheese was still raw not even cooked. I tasted some of the frozen dough. So after spending $20+ for pizza and breadsticks, I thought I could at least enjoy my $4 breadsticks, well... they forgot to cook those too... My 1 star review should speak volumes to anyone who is trying to order from this Pizza Hut. I am very disappointed in their "Quality".

Worst experiences for my life at Pizza Hut. I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for years. It was never great but now has taken turn for worse. Ordered my pizza and did not get it for an hour. When called to check the women on the phone was rude. Escalates to the manager who wasnt much help. Avoid the location, if you can. I know I have to because of my review - I wont be surprised if they spit I. My order next time

Its Pizza Hut. You know what their pizza tastes like. If youre into it, like I am, its great. Super fast service, pizza is always ready when I get there 15 minutes after I order, and no issues with bald spots or shortages of toppings. Delivery is quick, usually about 30 min. Always look for their online specials before you order, or youll be paying 50% more than you should be!

I always order pizza for this local Pizza Hut for a long time. Recently receiving my pizzas messy, to much cheese and cold and sometimes not work I order!! This is the fifth time ordering pizza and its been the same. What happen to the other employees working there...its not hard to make pizza! Seriously... get it together.

I have to agree too. I placed an order on the internet and only had a $100 bill. My order was almost $40. Driver told me "too bad" your not getting your food and took off. I couldnt believe it. I would have waited an hour if needed for him to cycle back to make for change.(he only had $17 change on him) What a shame.
