I have nothing against the food. I am a fan of pizza hut and I feel their food is still a 4 out of 5. That being said their customer service is horrible. I have never ordered Pizza Hut delivery and now I wish I never did. I received an email saying try our deals and try delivery. Being dinner time I figured why not so I placed an order and payed for it online. I put my phone on tge charger took a shower and cleaned up the house before the girlfriend and the pizza showed up. 30 minutes after I was expecting my food to arrive I called wondering where my order was. I was informed they were refusing to deliver my order because they felt I lived to far away. I was told if I didnt wanna pick it up they would just not complete the transaction. (The manager was beyond rude about it.) So I called the customer service number to report what happen. I was told 2.8 miles was within their delivery radius and they would look into it. Looking into it got Shannon Holland area coach for pizza hut to email me saying corporate is wrong and the store dont have to deliver to me. I waited a week before responding to his email. I went at lunch dinner and late at night to pizza hut. The longest it took to get to my house was 7 minutes and the fastest 4 minutes. I responded to Shannons email informing him of my results and wondering why they cant deliver. He has yet to respond at all. This location and staff while capable of making good food fails at customer service.

Me and my cousin were ordering pizza and we were asking questions about the deals and all of a sudden the lady just hung up on us. Keep in mind we asked her very politely and we called a second time and she hung up on us again. Terrible and rude service over the phone! Do not recommend it. We ended up getting Dominos instead.

Being 8 months pregnant waiting for food can be tricky to say the least, After waiting an hour and a half for delivery I called to make sure my order was on its way. The person on the phone was very rude and said well it should be there soon I think. Finally after 2 hours my ordered showed up. 2 hours.....

Me and my cousin were ordering pizza over the phone and very politely I asked for the combo I have been hearing some of my coworkers talking about.... the lady that was taking our order very rudely hung up on us. We called back and she hung up again. Worst experience. We ended up getting dominoes

I had order pizza from here when I went to pick it up. They had teens fooling around and not doing theyre job. And i also found a hair in the pizza the pizza wasnt even done. I wouldnt recommend anyone to order from here.

Ordered wings and pizza the pizza was cold and the wings were close to raw went to get our money back and the manager was very unprofessional and rude will never go back to this Pizza Hut again the service is terrible

No longer has the $5 flavor menu option. They now force you to buy a pizza to make the sides $5. Plus the delivery went from $2 to $3! Most expensive pizza place in town now.
