I have tried 3 meal prep companies (CleanEats, FitFuel Prep (disgusting!) and Fresh Diet (not bad but way too expensive). Clean Eats by far is the best. They are the CLEANEST and most resemble home cooked food. Ive lost 65 lbs in 8 months. A large part of this has to do with the convenience of having the Clean Eats meals ready to go at any time. When I have to think about and make decisions on food, Im more likely to pick junk. Since Ive been counting calories in MyFitnessPal, I love that the Clean Eats meals has the nutrition info labeled on every meal and also on their website. I do wish that it included more than the basic macros (protein, carbs, fat, calories). Wish it had sugar, vitamin content, etc but its not a huge deal. My favorite Clean Eats meals are: - Buffalo Ranch Chicken Tacos - Clean-Izza Burger (like a pizza burger with no bread, over whole wheat spaghetti - Asian BBQ Chicken with brown rice and vegetables - Pasta Salad (with feta, tomatoes, etc... So good) - Turkey Chili Quinoa bowl (guiltless comfort food!) One downside is that I wish that the delivery times were more specific. Like Fresh Direct grocery delivery offers 2 hr windows. That helps me plan better around it. Clean Eats delivers on Sundays and Wednesday evenings but its a large window and sometimes Im not home. At least theyve started using freezer bags now, so the food has a better chance of staying cool while waiting for me to get home. Overall, the service is great. The company is progressive and always looking to improve. And you cant beat the price! $9 per meal. I definitely spend more than that eating out and sometimes eating at home too. So its WIN-WIN.

I ordered 5 meals last week and expected them to be delivered today, Sunday 3/12. The reason why order with Clean eats was from a good friend of mine. He said food was good and delivery was good. In this case, I was not home. Unfortunately, I had work until 930. However, I received a text say that its going to be delivered today 3/12. The delivery person also indicated that if their are any questions or instructions please call. However, I am at work and unable to make calls with my personal phone so i replied via text. I informed the delivery guy no one is home please leave it on the steps by the door. Someone will be able to bring it before i get home. I received a text from a relative saying that you food never came. I texted and called the delivery guy multiple times and never got a call back or text. Until he replied "Your food was delivery a few hours ago." I said ok. I called my relative again to confirm and nothing was delivered. I verified the address with the delivery guy and he indicated that. That was the address he received from the kitchen. I asked him to describe the house and immediately I already knew that was not the right house. I realized from what he described it was another house 2 blocks away from me. Luckily my relative knew about that house and we decided to take a drive and check to see if the order was there. Which it was. It was delivered to the wrong house. My question is why am I paying for a delivery charge when the delivery guy cant deliver to the right house? Looks like my business is done with Clean Eats.

This is my go to meal prep service, not only is it affordable but it is also efficient, reliable and delicious. It took me a long time to find a reliable meal prep service in New york that would help me in my healthy eating/weight loss journey, i did a lot of research and eventually stumbled on clean eats. The shipping is fast my order got to me within 2 days of placing it which never happened with other services i have used, The food is actually so tasty makes me feel like this whole healthy eating thing aint so bad after all. The customer service is quick and friendly i reached out to them to ask questions whenever i felt the need to. I love that you can order without a subscription and the process is easy to navigate. Overall great meal service and the most straightforward Ive used.

As a fitness competitor .... business owner and single mom ve tried a few other meal prep companies and cleaneats2day has by far been the best! This company actually takes the time to do things the right way! The food is ALWAYS fresh .. the food ALWAYS tastes great and to top it off everything is so affordable! That way you dont have to break the bank in order to reach your fitness goals! Clean eats not only caters to fitness competitors but they also cater to everyday people who are looking to clean up their diet! I rarely write reviews but this company deserves to be recognized for their excellence! I HIGHLY recommended CleanEATS2Day meal prep company! I ordered 6 meals. The ginger - the chicken burger was hard and had a lot of fat pieces in it. The entire meal had no flavor at all. I ended up throwing it away. I dont use much seasoning when I cook but this wasnt appetizing. Paradise chicken - the entire chicken on the inside was not cooked. I had to cut up and re cook the whole thing. After that the meal was great. This was one of my favs. Flavoring was good. I didnt add anything to it. Simple chicken, veggies 3 way, Warm up and tasty turkey was pretty good. Overall Id say they were okay and I would order again. They should have an option for brown rice instead of white rice. Delivery was timely and accurate and I feel that the cost was worth it aside from the issues I experienced.

You wont lose weight eating this alone, you have to exercise regularly. That being said here is what I think so far: + convenience + good selection + portion control + I dont waste food shopping at the grocery store and throwing it out when I dont get to cook/eat at home ~ packaging could be easier to deal with: sometimes the ink from the plastic gets stuck on my dish ~ the veggies could be a bit better cut - some of the chicken meals like the teriyaki and the butter chicken are not very good... theres a little too much fat in them that ruins the texture of the chicken. - the sauces dont do anything for me I take breaks and eat whatever I want on weekends, otherwise Id be very bored eating this every day.
