Went for lunch buffet around 11:00. Last plain cheese pan pizza was gone before I started, so I requested one be made. Never came out. Its a plain cheese pan pizza. Kinda their thing, right? On a buffet at LUNCH TIME. A thin crust cheese was put out. The person cutting pizzas said to me "I put your plain cheese out and you didnt take any, now its gone." I explained that I was waiting for a pan pizza. She responded "you never said that. I put a plain cheese like you asked and you didnt take it. Cant help ya " in a rather rude tone. I responded "are you really giving lip to a customer? " She continued being rude and informed me that "There arent any plain cheese pan pizzas coming out. You shouldve taken what I put out out. Cant help ya " I again said "Are you seriously giving lip to a customer? " and demanded to see a manager. She said "I AM the manager" and glared at me. That was it. I walked out. Didnt think it a huge expectation for Pizza Hut to keep a plain cheese PAN PIZZA on the BUFFET at LUNCH TIME. I mean, its kinda their thing, pan pizza, isnt it? Ill never go back, and will encourage all to stay away as well. Would give ZERO STARS if I could.

Never work here! I could do this job with my eyes shut, have 10 years restaurant experience, yet the general manager Denise said she couldnt give me more than 7.25 an hour because she doesnt know if Im actually experienced or not. She was too lazy to call my past employers and references on my resume, despite me asking her to several times in order to get the pay I deserve. I noticed during the walkthrough the 16 year olds working there keep the kitchen dirty and in disarray, the meat was discolored, the lettuce in the salad bar was slimy and brownish, now it makes sense why the food is always awful and tastes old when we order. And on top of it all she gave me an extremely dirty uniform, covered in bleach and pizza sauce stains, and when I complained her response was "I washed it". New employees have a right to a new uniform. Oh and the GM Denise also told me if your sick you cant call out, if you cant find someone to replace you youre required to come in and work sick or you get written up, and 3 write ups lead to termination, so unsanitary.

Usually we have a pleasant experience with this Pizza Hut and ordering delivery, but today for some reason the manager decided to call us and very rudely complain about our pre-ordered order. She was essentially scolding us about how they open at 11 so therefore we cant actually get the pizza/order at 11, which we already knew and understood, its just when you order online it automatically sets a time. We werent in a rush and we NEVER made any demand that it be delivered at 11. Despite that my boyfriend said he understood this, she still decided to go off and say "Dont do that next time" and basically questioning why we would order the dinner box so early. There is such a thing as people who work night shift and get home in the morning and have different schedules from the norm. No reason to question it. Very rude and unprofessional especially since we didnt ever demand anything ridiculous. Any other time we ordered and even pre-ordered there was no issue. Not deserving of a manger title at all if she is going to be rude to customers for no reason.

The price was crazy high. Over 20 dollars for a pizza, that is insane. It was salty, and they put something on the crust, not sure if it was parmesean or garlic, or something else, but pan pizza, and the other pizzas, they need to come like they used to, nothing weird on the crust. And the toppings were sparse. I could not believe the bill when I got it. They must be making a huge amount of money doing business like this. And the service, it was mixed. Everyone was constantly checking their smart phones. The cook, the manager, the server, the waitress. One of them was actually on it the whole time, sitting in the dinning room. Maybe she was on a break, but it just looked terrible. They have a Thursday dinner buffet, and I might try that, depending on the price. They also have a lunch buffet, have to see the price on that as well. 25.00 for a meal for one is way too high for a chain.

Eating and working there is really bad. They use old products that are a day or two past due for more then 7 days or in till its all gone. They drop wings on the floor then put in the fryer. Management there doesnt know how to train people correctly. They put this one kid as a host his first Friday night there. Can you say dumb?? The food taste old as it is, dough is pre frozen and is made in the back room were everything is pretty dirty. Honestly I would say never ever ever eat there. With old food, dumb management, and the kids that work there not giving a crap ya its pretty much a dumb to work or eat at.

This place has stale bread sticks.. pizza that is uncooked and taste like cardboard.. But my favorite part of the experience is I got to clean my own tables.. The host told me that I couldnt go in the clean section.. This place deserve to be shut down, bring in a cleaning service and so good workers that take pride in what they do.. The waiter wasnt bad, really work hard for his tip.. Poor guy!!

God Awful! We ordered a dinner box and the pizza had maybe 50% of the surface covered in sauce. Then 70% of the surface area within the sauce had cheese. So basically it went 2 inches of crust then 4 inches of sauce and some cheese then 2 inches of crust. It was beyond skimpy. Are cinasticks were a rock and cold. The cheesey bread... You guessed it... Cold.

Absolutely terrible service I ordered a a small meal for delivery, do sent show up in call back and hour later they tell me there closed and dont bother fixing there mistake because there employee took my address down wrong. Never ordering from here again!

Ive been eating at this Pizza Hut for a few years now and have never had an issue. The staff is polite and seem like they know what theyre doing. I havent personally worked there, but if i were in search of a job and they were hiring, I would apply.

Ive only ever ordered take out or delivery from this pizza hut. The prices are good compared to the other pizza places nearby, but the flavor is what youd expect from a chain restaurant. Reliable, but not the best.

Its pizza hut.. Good pizza, decent service. I did work here several years ago (>10 yrs). They did quite a bit of work on the outside of the building, and the bad smell outside is all cleared up.

Really pleasant service from our waitress, the pizza we ordered was really delicious but the breadsticks were...alright I guess...4 stars for the good pizza and talkative waitress. (:
