I went here to eat at their lunch buffet. When I walked in, there was a lady around her 50s picking pizza from the bar with her hands instead of using the spatula. While waiting to be seated, this person comes back up and put her pizza back because she decides she did not want it(again using her hands) then takes another piece of pizza. With this piece, she pick the toppings she does not want on the slice and puts them all over the pizza and takes what she does want off the other pieces. Seeing this, and after waiting 10 minutes for a seat when there are plenty of open seats, I tell the employee she needs to do something about the lady at the bar and you wont guess what happens next! She tells who appears to be the manager to go talk to the lady, which he then tells someone else that is obviously making pizza to go tell her. At this point I turned around and made good riddens to Pizza Hut. I strongly suggest you do not eat here, as it could put your health at risk and it is just not an atmosphere where food should be made or served in this style.

We arrived and waited several minutes before the server cane over. It was her first day and she started off by giving me a drink with ice. Next we order the 2 for $5.00 each which included a medium pizza and a double order of breadsticks. We ordered a green pepper pizza abd got pepperoni. After we got that straightened out, we received the wrong bill. After a corrected bill was done, we went to pay and was charged for someone elses bill plus our own. The server was like I guess I made another mistake. We were told it would take 7 days to have the money put back. Why was a new server not with someone for training? This is the worst experience ever.

These people have no clue what customer service is, nor do they know how to time the making of the food. We had a party of 4, a personal pan cheese only, meaty marinara, spinach/bacon Alfredo personal pan, order of 12 wings. Plus 2 moz stick orders. They bring out the spinach and the meaty and walk away without saying that the other stuff is still cooking. It took 10-15mins and 4 times asking where the food was before getting it, with the simplest thing, a basic cheese personal, being last at 5mins after I had finished the meaty marinara.

Waitress took our drink order and brought back the right drinks but the sodas were flat, took our order of bread sticks and 2 pan pizza, she was told about the soda at this point, she proceeded to tell us that when she came to work today they had no soda and some where flat, took soda back and took her almost 15 minutes to bring new one, pizza came out about 25 minutes after ordering and one was the wrong pizza ordered, bread sticks never came out, when visiting this area will never eat here again.

Horrible company to work for. Worked for them nine months and was terminated immediately without any warning, when trying to move up with the company. NPC International is a joke and doesnt appreciate its employees. The pay is not worth the work they have you do. I would not recommend working there or eating there to anyone.

My husband and I came in tonight while running errands. The food was good but the best part of the experience was Travis. He was the only server and also ran the takeout counter. He was very attentive and super friendly. He is a genuinely nice guy and we really appreciate the excellent service. Thanks Travis!

Service was good and food arrived on time but the indoor seating area and restrooms are not well kept its almost like Pizza Hut does not care any more of how it looks like. The pizza was good but a little oily so now I think I will have aversion from pizza for a little while.

My sister, mom, and I decided to eat lunch here on Memorial Day. It took 27 minutes for 3 personal pizzas. Getting our drinks took forever as well even though the waitress was standing right by the soda machine. Never eating here again!

Buffet was sparse when we arrived. Salad bar was good. No dessert pizza. The cinnamon sticks were tasty. Had to wait for plain pizza. Staff was friendly.
