Its more a pleasant, shade-filled restaurant than a hotel. Had a burger/fries and a couple beers. All were great and for a decent price. Apparently the hotel rooms (as of July 2010) are rented on a weekly basis for construction workers and the like. Lovely old-fashioned establishment like you used to find in every small Pennsylvania town years ago.

Great, stick-to-your-bones type of food at a reasonable price in a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere not found too often anymore. Been driving 50 minutes one-way to come here once or twice a year for the last 5 years.

Really good food at a great value. Beer is always cold ! Not sure if the downstairs still opens but when it did there was a pool table and bands on ocassion. Excellent place happy its in my neighborhood!

Always love going to Richmond Hotel! Outs like going to a cheers bar. If you leave there hungry, its your own fault. The platters are huge and good!
