We used to eat here quite often. Food was good, but overpriced. After tonight I will never spend a dollar in their establishment. In short my wife was called a LIAR on the phone. Getting late, my kids wanted pizza. We chose to go pick it up rather than waiting for Bovinos or Dominos. When ordering I specifically heard my wife ask whether they had cobb salad and even explained it to the woman whom was taking the phone call. Drove to pick it up, picked up the food and drove home. When we got home we pulled out the salad, and the only thing Cobb about this salad was the lettuce. My wife called about the discrepancy, trying to explain it to the gentlemen who told her they did not have Cobb salad on the menu, who in turn put on the waitress who took the order. She pretty much said that she would have to drive back out and pay for the additional salad, which would have been a chicken caesar salad which was a lighter higher in price. So my wife was expected to drive back out, pick up a salad because the waitress said they had a cobb salad when they didnt, pay for the additional salad and drive back. My wife gave up some resistance, to which the waitress said she would have pay the difference. My wife asked to speak to the manager who stated the same thing. After my wife was trying to explain the ridiculousness of the situation the phone call abruptly ended. Cell phone said, call ended, not call dropped. My wife called back and asked why he hung up on her, to which he called her a LAIR! My wife at this point was irrate. They eventually agreed to give the salad, but in short, I WILL NEVER EAT or RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN!

I went there yesterday and it was the worse experience. I ordered chicken Alfredo it was funny they didnt drain the pasta. The waitress forget my utensils von two accassion. When I acknowledge her about the food I could literally hear her telling the cook iam bitching about my food. I told her I heard her and she denied it. I asked for the manager they said he just left smh. However the pizza guy came over redo my meal which l ended up being there forever. Imagine spending your money and not getting a good services. I still left $1 tip for being the bigger person. Too bad if service was great she would have gotten more. Dont know if I want to continue going there.

Best pizza in the area hands down. I just moved back to the area and bought a home in Marshalls Creek. Being I lived 20 mins from here earlier in life I never went to this restaurant. One of my friends recommended it to us as we had people over. I ordered their special which was a large cheese pizza and wings for $20 and a large margarita pizza for $18. We called ahead and it was ready for us and waiting within 15 mins. This is one of the best margarita pizzas I’ve eaten around here. Not to mention they threw in free 2 L bottle of soda too. The staff was super attentive and nice! Will be returning soon!

I went in there to get a pie and the guy that has his hat turned backwards touched everything....money...the cash register and when asked to put extra cheese on someones pizza he didnt even wash his hand first...he just stuck his hands in the cheese and none of them where gloves.....if you think Im lieing go see for yourself....

It was excellent. We ordered a half Margarita and half sausage and pepper and it was delicious! We also had antipasto salad and a cannoli to top it off. Great atmosphere there and the service was excellent too. All for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be eating there again.

my family and i eat here all the time. Never a complaint. They are accommodating to my 5 year old and 2 year old, always offering to cut up the pizza for them. The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. On my way out right now to pick up for tonights dinner!

The ambience might slight serve towards an Italian setting.. But the food is bland and subpar with absolutely no hint of fresh ingredients. Not sure about these ratings here. Definitely not Italian Ill review some of the others in the area to see if theres better.

I love Franks. They have some pretty weird pizza, thats awesome like lasagna pizza, and their other food is pretty good as far as I remember. Theyre a bit expensive but their food is worth it, my dad is straight off of the boat Italian and he approves.

Good food, horrible service. Weve eaten there since they opened but I am outraged at the way a situation caused by their error was handled. Buyer beware. Good food doesnt always outweigh poor customer service.

I only ordered a couple of plain pies, but they were good and priced accordingly. I placed an order around 5:30 pm and it took every bit of 30 min for my order to be ready. Good sign that they are so busy.
