Even for an Asian buffet, this place ranks pretty low. The bathrooms are always disgusting, Ive never seen them clean. The wait staff is horrible. They seat you and then never come to check to see if you need a refill or to remove dirty plates. The silverware is filthy. The food bar itself is gross. The old Asian lady uses the same dirty rag and Ive seen her pick up food with her bare hands that fell onto the bar, back into the food trays. The only reason why they get 2 rather than 1 star is their sushi and hibachi station. Theyre very friendly and the food is tasty. But the rest of the food in the buffet is below average to downright gross for some selections. Despite their higher than average Chinese buffet price, they NEVER have crab legs. They advertise it but they bring out 1 tray every 1-2 hours. As you can imagine, they are gone asap. They dont respond to requests for more either. . I stopped going to this dump. Dont waste your money or time unless if youre super hungry and are willing to torture yourself.

Contrary to what many people are saying, this is one of the best Asian buffets in the area. The staff is very nice to my children, even when one of them accidentally dumped his whole plate on the floor. Its all in your attitude towards the workers....if you dont scold your child for spilling food on the floor and wasting it, then the parents should be scolded for not caring. They keep these prices low, so when they see customers wasting food and continuing to have their children dump food on the floor I would be mad as well. Parents need to have more control over their kids. Only give a baby one piece of food at a time....if they throw it on the floor the meal is over for them.... When people all over the world are suffering from hunger we ALL need to be careful about being so wasteful as a society.

Went for the lunch buffet. My children will not eat Chinese food so we brought them pizza. Before entering, I made sure there wasnt a sign that said "No outside food or drink." Definitely wasnt one there! When we went inside, I said the two adults were eating and the children were not. I was told that my children could not eat the pizza there but "could eat a hamburger there if we wanted to get them one instead." I asked her what the difference was between a burger and pizza and if she was really going to lose our business over it and she said "Yes" and walked away. We will never go back there again! Im not going to pay for my children to eat food they dont like, even the "American" food that is on the buffet. Obviously they are not child friendly...this is especially true after reading the previous post!

They are so freaking rude I loved this place I have no clue what happend they watch you eat like hawks And they tried to charge me for my two-year-old daughter of and put a plate of food in front of her face I walked out that is just repulsive she is 2 years-old you expect me to not feed my two-year-old daughter why everybody else at the table has a plate of food just plain rude on top the food is cold and taste like last nights leftovers I tell you what I take the 45 min drive from saw creek to go the that new everybodys buffet place there way better and way more respectful and carrying and they dont watch you as you put the food on your plate to the moment you walk out of the door

First off, the staff swept food off the counter with their hands and placed it back in the serving bin so future customers will eat it. They charged $15/p for dinner on Sunday but there was scant to no food available on the buffet. Whatever was available, was hard and old like it has been sitting for hours. After complaints were made to the staff we were advised there was no manager available at the property and nothing was done to resolve or remedy the situation. Do not waste your money. Hopefully others will continue to submit health inspections complaints.

Nothing good...most items were empty there was not even chicken available. When we asked for food as given a nasty look two people in our party ate jello and cucumbers for 14$ because there was nothing they could eat. Had to get water from the bathroom because the non English speaking workers couldnt understand water!!!! What good there was was dried out and nasty.. over priced all around and was charged an $11 service charge fir horrendous service!!!. Go too price chopper and get pf Changs and at least have food to eat

They yelled at me because my baby threw food on the floor. They claimed that customers were complaining because my baby had dropped food. After yelling at me for it, two more employees came and spoke Chinese, gave me dirty looks, and pointed at the food on the floor. Luckily, the other customers around me who witnessed them yelling at me were supportive and told the employees that hes just a baby and they should expect that. I am NEVER going back. Rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life.

Service was slow and a few employees out around the buffet tables didnt understand me when I was asking for a fork and when the crab legs would be out. I have been here a few times over the past year and the quality of food has decreased dramatically. Crawfish were chewy and some were black/gray flesh inside. I became sick within lass than 5 minutes after leaving. This place is expensive for the type of food offered. Unfortunately I have to give a star to be able to post.

My wife and i have eaten many times at this restaurant generally good food. Food is usually replaced quickly in comparison to other establishments . But sometimes the temperature of food is cold on the steam table . Atmosphere of dining area is pleasant and spacious Staff is usually attentive.Prices have recently changed for dinner and lunch. Beverages are pricey Coupons and senior discounts available Overall better than average

Its hit or miss. Some days the food is really good others its just ok. The stir fry is my favorite but I was very taken back when I went to the sushi bar and asked if he could make a tuna avocado roll. He told me Id have to pay extra, meanwhile they had a nice selection of tuna, salmon, yellow tail, etc. out, which was included.

I rolled up tryna have a thiccc meal but oh no next thing u know all I got is some jello and a mozzerella stick in my hands. Then they tryna charge me because I didnt finish all my food! My snack was $18 and I could have maxed out at Wendys for way less and not go home with irregular and life shattering bowel movements.

One of the dirtiest places Ive eaten at recently. Im not from the area, but I doubt this is normal. Filthy carpeted dining area coupled with food that has been sitting out for what looked like the entire day. Staff was average. Food quality was below average. Ive been to take out places that turned out better meals.
