Been here a few times. And each time have had to ask for the milkshake when my food is ready. Which is annoying but not that big of a deal. Tonight though when my food was ready and I or course had to ask for my milkshake they told me just a second, made a milkshake, and then handed it to a person who ordered AFTER me. Then had to change whatever bag the milkshake mix comes in and then finally make me a shake. The entire time just standing there watching my food get cold on the counter. Maybe they just hate making milkshakes and thats their not so passive aggressive way to teach you not to order them. Not worth the premium over other places to end up essentially begging for the food you have already paid for and then end up eating a luke warm burger and what turned out to be a runny mess of a disgusting milkshake. I just want a burger and a milkshake (at the same time). That wont happen here. Go somewhere else.

This is the best food you can get in fast food!!!! For our family of 5 it only cost about $20.00. The fries are the best and the small is the size of other places big size or bigger. A 16 oz cup is put in the bag and fries poured in until it fills the bottom of the bag. They have about 20 different toppings or preset ones that you just say "all the way". We have found that the West Linn location is the best. They pile the goods on so much that it falls off the burger and you have to finish the toppings with a fork!!!!! I would take anyone to this place. It could even be a big ol party. We once took ten people in and got everyone fed for under $40.00 bucks thats unheard of in todays world.

Love the ability to order and pay online but dont like that you get to basically walk in front people that were waiting to order.. Hmm got to be a better way. Other than that the burger are fresh the veg is good and soda is ice cold, cant speak to the fries didnt get any but the texture of the bun was just like something you would expect to find at grandmas house, and the pickle reminded me of the pharmacy one that they kept in a barrel when I was a kid hmm yum. so Ive had my one burger for the year and man was it good. Till next guys keep up the good work.

Very friendly service. My only feedback is that they need a better system for online orders, I checked in to pick mine up but because the fries arent prepared until you check in, I needed to wait and my order was accidentally overlooked. The staff was extremely apologetic about this and my food was still warm (it wasnt more than a 5 minute delay, but they offered me a milkshake even!), so it was definitely still a 5 star experience. I didnt even realize this place was so close to me, Ill be back for sure.

Visited Five Guys in West Linn today. It was my first time at any Five Guys and I wanted to try it. The burger was fine. in fact, it was a really good burger and I enjoyed it. However, their "great fries" were anything but. They were soft, floppy, unseasoned, and not to my liking at all. I like my fries crispy and salted. They were neither, They were fresh, Ill give them that, but I only ate a few from my small fry order and tossed the rest. If I go back, Im only ordering a burger.

Burgers ! Done right with fresh ingredients. They have a ton of options to customize your burger to the way you like it. If you are with a friend or family consider sharing the medium or large fries its a better value and there are lots to share. We rarely even eat them all when sharing. They have milkshakes as well although in my opinion there is nothing spectacular about them. The Highlight is the burgers here. While you are waiting grab some peanuts to much on as the are free !

Employees were polite. The food is a little bit pricey for what you get but then again you know that when you are coming here. The free unlimited peanuts are always a nice touch though, and my kid loves that part. I like the quirky layout of the West Linn location versus some of the others.

Skimpy small overdone burgers, wont cook medium, only well done so dried out grey hamburgers are awful. Noisy loud place, wont accommodate substitutions, terribly overpriced for what you get from the limited menu choices to overpriced drinks. Anywhere is better than this place.!

FREE Peanuts!! Good burgers and dogs. If you are really hungry order the regular size burger. If you are are normally hungry then don;t be shy order the little burger (it still a good size burger). Fries are great. I like the service here, they are happy to help you.

One of our "go-to" places for burgers & fries. We always order their "huge" Jr. burgers and are always satisfied. Their small fries are huge as well. Once your small fry container is filled up, they then fill up the bag that your fries are in. We visit them weekly.

They honestly have the best fries that I have ever had. Great burgers for a good price! They also keep this place pretty clean and appealing to sit in and dine at! I love going here during lunch breaks or with friends after a game or meet!

The fries are OUTSTANDING!!! but...., the burgers arent that great. if you are on the go and want a cheap, tasty meal, go to Five Guys. ONLY GET THE FRIES, then go over to Jack In The Box and get some burgers. its tasty together!! :)

Used to like food til I ordered to go. The guy on the phone was rude then when I picked up my food all the employees were chuckling and I knew there was spit in my food. I will never go there again. Snarky employees suck.

We were originally introduced to this place when living in DC. So, needless to say, we were thrilled to see an east coast establishment make its way west. Great burgers and fries -be sure to come with an appetite!

The fries were very salty. The total price for a small burger, fries and a drink was almost $10. For less than that at another joint I probably would have gotten something better. Not impressed.

Dessert first, like my great aunt used to say, most of the time the milkshake is ready for me before the burger. Staff is friendly, intelligent and attentive to customer needs.

There are quotes on the walls from famous places that read good reviews, and records from the past such as "best fries" and more. These quotes and records dont lie!
