Definitely like this place but I think you could be a little bit faster. They could probably prepare their food in advance when it comes to lunchtime rush because theyre always falling behind. Other than that I do enjoy their customer service with the people behind the counter they are very kind and theyre good about making sure your food is proportioned correctly. I will continue to come here because I do enjoy it.

Panda Express is some of the best Chinese food Ive had personally, but this specific location does NOT give you much for your money. I always get the 2 entrees and a side order and all of their portions were really small. Ive went twice here and will never go again. If youre already in the area try the one on nimbus and hall blvd about 3 miles away. the extra couple miles are well worth it.

They forgot my chow mein. This location is just a mess during meal hours they werent organized and paying attention every body just passed my food to anybody thats why they forgot my chow mein tho they clearly wrote it on my box. They dont have space to line up for when crowded too so its just a mess express. Still 2 stars coz food was good like all panda express.

Great customer service & P.R., had alot of children w/us when we went & they patiently waited & asked them each/personally (&us) talked with them (unlike some places that pretend like you/children dont exist/invisible if youre not the one paying/the one with the cash/credit out), so nice & polite like customer service should be, plus they went above & beyond.

I use to love their orange chicken. It didnt take me long to realize that I didnt love Panda, but I loved their orange chicken. Now, I have had it so much that I can tell when they get a new chef. It just wont taste quite right. This location is a pretty good one. Never stray from the orange chicken. It may seem enticing, but it is not worth it.

I like this Panda Express location. The people here are quite nice and enthusiastic. Every time you enter the restaurant, there would be a bell or something that would ring and everyone would kindly greet you! I like that. The place is extremely clean and tidy. The foods are delicious and its a really nice place to come relax and eat.

I wouldnt choose here to eat if I were you. They have absolutely no clue about holding temperatures and food born illness. I got the worst food poisoning of my life here. Im talking projectile vomiting with explosive diarea. NOT the experience you want to have. Happened to 2 of my friends as well. Same place.

I love Panda Express because the service is always first class. The hours are great as well. The food is always hot and fresh. The location is great too! If you are hungry come here to have some good panda. One more thing they also have outdoor seating! I highly recommend this great restaurant!

It wasnt very clean, service was pretty slow, and the food had clearly been sitting out a while (which may be my fault for not going at a busy time). It is Panda Express though, I dont hold them to a particularly high standard. Its just fine for a filling cheap meal.

They close at 10:30. They decided to not have a selection here at 10:00. Guess they want to close early, too bad I wanted to eat here. They said all the meat is frozen, suprizing because they know exactly how much buisness they get at any given time.

Conveniently located along Canyon Rd. this location is easy to spot and theres plenty of parking since theyre in a shopping center. Ive always had good customer service at this location. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and plenty of seating.

Got home to enjoy some panda. Opened the "to-go" box and BAM!!! Hardly anything. Couldnt call it in cuz they are closed not to mention that i was patient enough wait 5min for my meal. NEVER going to this one again, lost me as a customer.

Average Panda Express location. Fresh but average American Chinese food. Now emphasizing orange chicken with bacon and hot and sour soup. No vegetarian options as even veggies are steamed in chicken broth.

Pandas food is always a great deal for the money but at this location during less busy hours the food gets stale and a little old. If you go during lunch time its worth it, otherwise go somewhere else.

The food is BURNED, and some are swimming in sauce. I ordered Beijing beef, not soup. Kung Pao chicken and Chow mein were burned, so all, the food smelled and tasted bad.. And I love Panda Express! :/

This is the slowest & dirtiest Panda I have ever been to. The drink counter was a mess, and the dining room is so dirty. The employees are very slow to help you, even with no drive thru.

Panda Express is one of our favorite places for take-out. We generally get the FAMILY FEAST that not only feeds our family but generally give us some left-overs for lunch the next day.
