The service is horrible. I took some food back and the manager unrolled my burritos with his bare hands and talked to me like i was stupid. Gave me the same burritos. Didnt even offer too make me new ones. Their cudtomer service sucks. Went there one time before and was told by the store manager that i was taking too many napkins. Have gone in and ordered my fries without salt instead of cooking new fries they have taken the fries that had already been cooked and dropped them back into be cooked again. Or i get home and theres salt on my fries. Or they have given me the wrong thing. I have watched the people making the picking tomatoes and other stuff that they use with threir bare hands and eating it. I am done going there. Its a horrible place to eat.

We used to eat at this location on Hwy 99 quite often. After today I wont be going there anymore ever. The family was hungry so we headed down and ordered 25 tacos and some other assorted items. Got the products home and started eating. The tacos had a funny smell which wasnt noticed until some had already been eaten. After further inspection almost all the hard shell tacos had an old musty smell. So I called and spoke to the manager. He told me there couldnt be anything wrong with the tacos, that I was lying and then he hung up on me. So I had to drive back to the place and argue for a refund on the tacos. He refused to give me his name or the contact info for the owner.

Michael Shotwell I agree with you. The person you are talking about must be from some mid eastern country. I would say he must be the owner because no owner would put up with this kind of an attitude from an employee. Too bad that Del Taco doesnt do something about this person as it really effects Del Tacos reputation. I was very put off by this person, although I dont think my experience was as bad as yours was. I am sure he runs lots of business away from there and this cant be good. Too bad as I like Del Taco but not this one...

Plesent I LOVE eating and coming in to this del taco the managers are both great people and make me feel very welcomed and wanted even though im homeless the food is also amazing and I especially love the deep fried Carmel cheesecake bites they are the best thing for a sweet tooth any place could offer and last but not least their fresh brewed black coffee is amazzzzing! Thanks del taco in hazel dell of Vancouver Washington! See u all tomorrow and looking forward to it!!!

A previous very bad experience with an employee caused me not to visit this restaurant for over a year. Upon hearing that this employee either quit or was fired, I was happy to return. I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! Food is so much better than Taco Bell. Service is generally pretty good...sometimes fantastic, sometimes ho hum depending on whos working. I will return again, hungry and often.

The food here is amazing. I absolutely love the food. However the customer service here is horrible. They thought just because the were speaking another language I couldnt understand them. They were horrible and rude. Their attitudes were unacceptableble in a work place. Del taco is my favorite place to eat however I will never again come to this location.

We have been here probably four times in the past couple of weeks, and everyone is always super-friendly. The food is Del-Taco, its own special kind of junk mexican food. Cheap and filling, I always get the bean burrito with green sauce, nacho cheese fries, and a fish taco, and am never disappointed. Cannot comment on the other food, since I never eat it.

I come to this restaurant all the time because its the closest restaurant to my house. The food is good but the service is so slow. You will have to wait in line for so long just to wait forever for your food. They have a high turnover and are always training new people and are short staffed. If you want fast food, dont come here.

Damn Good Bacon Burger! Ive have been here many of times and I cant seem to get past the Bacon cheese burger. I come here just for that over all the Burgervilles, Mc Donalds and Burger Kings out there. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Love the little side bar with Jalapenos and salsa selection.

Del Taco is a good place to go if youre looking for quality Mexican-American food. The prices are inexpensive and the food itself is reliable in the sense that you know what youre getting. With a wide range of food and flavors, Del Taco makes a great place to stop for either lunch or dinner.

I like the Food here. Yes its cheap fast food but the Inferno sauce is good. The employees have always been friendly and location has always been well kept. However, the prices are higher than the Del Tacos across the river in Gresham and Hillsboro.

The food was alright. A gentleman came in asking to use the bathroom to clean up before ordering, but the manager insisted he order first, and chuckled as the man left in anger. This came off as needlessly rude on the managers part.

Del Taco is supposed to be offering a star Trek Promo for a shuttle craft but when you peel off the sticker to get you redemtion code nothing is there. Last time Ill visit this place....food was so so. just like the fake offer

Theyre one of those restaurants that require you to buy your food first,before using the restroom. So either have cold food or you have to take your food into the restroom! Good luck if you have toddlers.

Great food and service. This Del Taco has amazing deals each week and the food is always tasty and fresh. I normally prefer mom and pop tacos, but for a chain, this place is awesome!

Its a typical Del Taco - so nothing unique here. However, the food is definitely better than other national competitors and the service here is good.
