When we first started going to this location it was great but over the past 4or so months it has progressively gotten worst and worst. It started by longer and longer waits in line then it went to long waits and messed up orders which in turn cause longer waits. If you dont go over everything you ordered before you leave you will have paid for food you did not get. Now it has gotten to a new low, my,wife and I whave 3 kids and we get kids meals with choclate milk for them, after two of them drank the milk or some of it my wife and me noticed the milk was expired it is Dec 11 2011, and the milk expired on Nov 20 2011. That is almost 3 weeks expired milk, when we asked my 6year old how his milk was he replied with it kinda of tasted like chocolate butter, and my daughter told us she could not finish it because it tasted bad. This burgervile has lost us as customers. And I will be calling the health department on Monday.

I ordered a pepper bacon cheese burger, just the burger. It cost $6. The meat was extremely thin, only about a centimeter thick. It was also quite dry, as if it had been cooked hours before and just kept warm. The bacon was stringy and burnt, yet not even hot. The bun and condiments were fine, other than an excessive amount of ill placed mayonnaise. For $6 I could have gotten a whole meal at Burger King and it would have actually tasted good. Ive never written a review before, but this burger was so crappy I felt I owe it to the general public to warn you. Eat anywhere that isnt here.

As a local fast food chain, Burgerville easily bests them all! Californians can crow all they want about In and Out Burger, but the quality and variety one gets at Burgerville cant be beat. The seasonal menu items are all required tasting, especially the famous Walla Walla Sweet Onion Rings and the Yukon Gold Waffle Fries. Try them both with chipotle mayo and you wont be disappointed. This location has always been one of my favorites, though they removed booths and the jukebox a few years ago to make more room.

I admit, when it comes to fast food this place isnt cheap. BUT... the product is quality. Weve tried just about everything they put out over time, and Ive never been let down. Today it was the hazelnut chocolate shake, their seasonal pick. Toasted hazelnuts that made the soft, thick and creamy shake taste almost like it has caramel in it... mmmm mmmm! Ive eaten at this particular BV a few times and always found it to be clean, and staffed w/ friendly people. Our pup was given a dog treat at the drive thru, too!

Is only the greatest fast-food place to ever exist! Ive been eating here for years. When I moved away from Oregon it was the only food I really missed. Now I live near it and can go whenever I want to. Every visitor I have insists we go there at least once and that we buy a jar of burgerville sauce to take home. Their food is high quality. Their service is great. Their staff are friendly. And Id eat there everyday if I could! Their seasonal items are a must-try!

Burgerville is the biggest dissapointment one could expect if you are adult who is hungry. If you would like some ridiculously overpriced, small portioned food that will be delivered at a slugish pace, then burgerville is the place for you. If you are indeed hungry, and require a caloric intake of average adult, then ANY OTHER option is better. Quality vs quantity is a constant toss up when ordering food, and burgerville is sure to disappoint on both accounts.

i had just walked into burgerville with my service dog in training, the staff were amazing. no staff looked but once. the lady that had taking our order had gave us a couple cents that we were short of, after that she left us be while we ate, a bit later she comes out to see if he needed water which was so sweet of her, im sad i didnt catch her name.

I know some people love Burgerville and it seems to have a cult following almost like In-N-Out but Burgervilles burgers are waaaay overpriced. Ive gone there several times; each time hoping that maybe the last time was just not the best food I can get. I was wrong...unfortunately the food is bland, burgers have been dry and the menu is boring.

Okay, if youre going to rate Burgerville purely on its burgers and such, its going to be less than four starts, BUT The thing that really impressed me, is the shakes, they are AWESOME! They should honestly just change their name to "Shakeville" because thats what they do good because everything else is pretty unimpressive.

use to be amazing, but the quality has gone significantly down in the past few years. just had a burger where the lettuce was thicker than the patty. I really wish Burgerville would rehire whoever was fired because I really am tired of being disappointed by a restaurant that my family went to almost daily.

Super friendly staff. Peggy or Penny? was super helpful and asked extra questions when she realized we were gluten free. This is greatly appreciated as most even sit down restaurants dont bother. The food came out super fast and all was delicious! They always have the best milkshakes too!

Yes thay cost a little more then your normal fast food joint but the food is sooooo good. And what most people dont know is what a green tree huggin company burgerville is. No factory farm meat and everything is local grown. So you can feel good about eating good.

Bought a jar of their burger sauce and though it expires in the middle of December 2014 it had already separated and was unusable. I know people probably dont buy this item very often but that should be considered since you are offering it at a premium price.

I didnt have to wait long to order. The place couldve have been a little cleaner because I saw some food on the floor. The place is kind of pricy. The food was okay, I wasnt too impressed. Lastly the fries were the best part of the meal.

The food is good (like always, its fresh and yummy), service was good (we ate inside), the place was clean and we felt comfortable. Plus, they accidentally gave me 6 Walla Walla onion rings instead of the 3 I paid for

Burgerville is so great. Fresh, organic food that you can feel good about eating, but its also sweet, fatty, and delicious. Good vegetarian options, good selection of varied menu items that basically all look good.

Better fast food and burgers. I like their seasonal fried asparagus, portobello, onion rings, wild halibut, sweet potato fries and their berry milk shakes. A little spendy than other fast food chains though.

One of the better locations but terribly laid out parking and drive thru. However this one is super popular since WOU is close and the food at this location is better than the other locations Ive been to.

In addition to the normal hamburger meals, they have some good fish items. They also feature different local seasonal items such as potatoes, onion rings, berry shakes. Friendly, clean facilities.

Not even close to In-and-out. The food here costs way too much for what you get and the food isnt really better than something I can cook at home in the same amount of time you usually wait.
