If ordering animal fry only make sure they actually make it. You could end up waiting and waiting and waiting untell you mention to someone that hey Im number 30 but your calling number 38. It has happened to me twice this month. Waited my entire work break of 15min and was told both times that they forgot to "print the ticket" and it would be slightly longer and that they will start making it now. Both times I had to just get a refund and go with no food. I typically dont leave reviews but this has really annoyed me.... they need a better system inplace for customers who order just animal fries other than the cashier yelling animal fry! And hoping another team member makes them.

The burger is such beauty, if you want shoot a magazine photo of juicy yummy burger, this is the place to get your perfect beautiful sample. Its almost unreal...... Also, its constantly a long waiting line, at least around meal time. I believed the owner underestimate the demand for drive through order, its crazy long line at drive through. Which block the regular parking space. A wrong design.....

Friendly. Service even late. Fresh cut fries are good onion on the burgers a bit too thick though. All in all good but be prepared for a line and wait even late.not practical for a short lunch break or if youre in a hurry. Takes almost as long as a sit down place and you wont find ketchup for your Fries in the bag, youll need to ask for it.

IT IS FINALLY HERE!! Holy caps lock Batman...Great food, great service and no matter how long the line is, it is more than worth it. One of the only fast food places that I can go to and not hate myself later for eating there. No having to punish the toilet or anything.....10/10 would recommend

We park our V10 diesel truck in van pool clean air vehicle/EV parking space. Theres no law against it and its a form of discrimination. The Discrimination is only people who are wealthy enough can afford nice vehicles are allowed to park here the poor you park over there.....100% discrimination

The burgers are awesome and the root beer float was amazing, the only problem I had was the fries were super dry and not crispy, the staff was very efficient and friendly tho, didnt have to wait very long but after I got there like 500 people showed up and the line was out the door

Great burger, great fries, HORRIBLE ambiance- the noisiest burger joint Ive ever been! Tile walls echo everything! Definitely will use the drive-thru next time! Also, they dont serve bottled water as an alternative to soda, for some strange reason.

Good food & great shakes but its the service that is amazing. Even after only opening back at the end of January they have got their staff trained right. Happy and helpful, for being 25th in line at the drive-thru the wait was minimal.

Just went today for the grand opening the employees appeared to be really well trained and were doing great with the huge crowds. The burgers were perfect! Seems like it will be a fine location. The one great thing Ukiah was missing.

Just moved to California and at first didnt understand why everyone made a big deal. Now we know about the secret menu. Double double animal style no grilled onion add chili peppers!!! In love!!! One of the best burgers in town!!

Fantastic place to eat. Very busy and usually a moderate wait time to get an order but worth it. Used to go out of town just to get one of their burgers and now they are local. A must place to dine at. Super great service.
