I went through the drive thru at 10:04pm tonight and the girl informed me that they closed at 10:00pm and she wouldnt help me. I told her all I wanted was a blizzard and she said sorry we already turned the machine off which is BS because it should have only been off for 4min maximum meaning it would still be cold and would still work for one damn blizzard. There were at least 4 employees still working in there so clearly it would not take a lot of effort to turn on the machine, make one small blizzard, and then wipe it down and turn it off. The employees are always rude when I go there but tonight extremely pissed me off because I was under the impression they closed at 10:30pm. Not to mention when I pulled in, they were helping some one at the window, and there were multiple customers still inside. There was also another person who pulled in behind me, so obviously there was a steady line of business coming in and they were still serving customers. The fact is, if it is 10:04 and some one asks you what time it is, you say its 10:00, so the employees at the Monmouth DQ are selfish and not willing to help customers and do their job. I give a huge F U to the girls who were working there tonight, and to all the other girls who work there and are very unfriendly and let their attitudes affect their work performance to the point where half the time I dont want to go there because I dont want to be treated as an unwanted customer. That was the most obvious BS I have ever experienced at a drive thru and nothing angers me more than when someone who clearly has the resources denies me my food because they dont want to make it. If you hate your job that much dont take it on me by being selfish just get a new job. And next time give me the mother freaking ice cream.

I dont really like the atmosphere at all, its kinda odd having no music and being able to hear the drive thru orders throughout the whole restaurant. Food is sometimes good.

Expensive for fast food but $5 lunch deal is not bad every once in awhile. Will do in a pinch when hankering for a burger. Within walking distance from WOU.

The Blizzards are good the food is always so-so. For the price the Blizzards arent so great but they do taste good.
