I order from this pizza hut a lot, but today I will never order again! I ordered a pizza which I always order delivery, when the pizza arrived I kindly took it and handed the guy a tip. Once I opened the pizza it was missing some of the toppings that I asked for, ok thats fine Ill just call and let them know they got it wrong, well to my surprise Jezus, told me that he knows that he put that on the pizza because he made it. Ok, fine I told him I would take a picture of the pizza and send it to him because it was wrong, but once again I was wrong and he knew that there was pepperoni on the pizza. He told me that he would make me a new pizza but he wanted the old one back. Thats totally fine with me I didnt want a free pizza or anything I just wanted what I ordered. The guy was rude and pretty much called me a liar! That is one thing I am not is a liar, I will never go back there again, my husband orders pizza here all the time and they just lost their business to us! So sad that people really think that is how customer service works.

Very rude and disrespectful to customers. Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our delivery, never received it. Called to simply check up on the order (may have been busy, understandable). The associate states our order has already been delivered. Transfers me to another store, I do not know why. Transferred back to manager of original store and the manager "finds" our order. This order was not even remotely close to what I had placed then insists the error is ours. Two things noteworthy, the first is that the associate was able to locate my order, the second is that instead of making me a continuing customer they insisted all errors are the customers fault and has a very rude/personal tone while talking to potential customers. In addition to an order that was clearly made up on the fly. A complaint was promptly filed with the corporate office and regional manager. Abysmal customer service, do not order from here.

I used to order from the website all the time without problem. As soon as they switched to the new format everything comes up a different price. Ive called a couple times about this and they have adjusted the price to the online special I was trying to order. Today I had the SAME problem but I called and Jason, who answered the phone, absolutely refused to help with this issue proceeded to take my order after I told him the problem and that they adjust it when I have called previously, then tells me a totally different price than the special I ordered. Tells me theres NO WAY he can adjust the price. And apparently ordering online gives me the same prices as ordering by phone so Ill just order from another company.

FRUSTRATION TURNED TO GRATEFUL?? Frustrating: *The website and store are clearly not linked. Just because the website says your order is ready does NOT mean it is ready in the store *Our order was no where to be found when my husband arrived *He ended up waiting about 30 minutes extra before they found the order. *Our special crust requests were not 100% correct on the original order we finally received Grateful: *They did throw in the extra pizza and wings that they re-made trying to get us our order. *The siracha wings are soooo good OVERALL: Really not worth the wait :( Hopefully they improve because we really liked the extra crust options and the siracha sauce on the wings

I am wondering if this store is under new management. I never had problems before tonight but this was a nightmare. I called and 5:48 and ordered 2 mediums. He says 35 min. I get there at 25 min and the monitor says 21minutes. What? I didnt get my pizza until 7:02. Then my pizzas were in the oven to serve but he didnt call my name just put them in there. I was standing at the counter for 15 min waiting. I did get free cookies unlike the 2 ahead of me that got tired of waiting and left. I will go there 1 more time and if its like this that will be my last.

These guys have now messed up our order for a 3rd time! How hard is it to tell the difference between a hand tossed crust and their crappy thin crust. We order the hand tossed crust and they keep bringing the thin crust? And when you call to complain the only people who you can talk to are located somewhere in Kansas? What ever happened to being able to talk to the store your ordering from. Oh and the only compensation they would give us was an in store credit for the price if the pizza. No refunds? I will never be ordering from these idiots again.

Right when i walked in no one bother to greet me, I stood there for 5 minutes and nobody said a word, even a blond chick with pony tail was just standing by the cutting station using her phone! then she walks straight to the prepping station without washing her hands. Finally I was noticed! And my order was taken by Bryan. Very clumsy guy, doesnt know his menu, customers would ask recommendations and he was like "idk its up to u" Oh i almost forgot he works on the register machine sooo loud that gets very annoying.

Not only was my order delayed due to a "mishap with the oven" but my chicken wings were nothing but crunchy. I dont know about you, but I dont think really crunchy chicken is appetizing. My breadsticks also had way too much garlic and salt that they werent appetizing either. I rarely ever eat at pizza hut, but this experience convinced me to never eat there again. I will not be ordering from this pizza hut or any other pizza huts for that matter. That meal was certainly not even worth $20.

Heard about the new menu on NPRs Marketplace and decided to give it a try. 8 bucks (coupon) for a large with fancy peppers, spinach, parmesan pan crust, and balsamic drizzle. It was very good tasting, nice improvement over their old standard recipes. Staff at the Forest Grove location was on the ball and courteous, had my order ready within 14 minutes of my placing it online. I will definitely be back.

Not really sure where some of you are coming from....We order all the time for delivery and they have always been really nice to us! Not everyone on the phone has English as a first language, BUT they are always super polite. So is the guy who delivers. This is just a chain pizza, but its a lot better than most, and great when you are tired and just want a dinner "in" for a low price.
