Im addicted to Quiznos sandwiches. I moved to Willits almost a year ago, where we have no Quiznos of our own. Over the weekend I got the craving. Yesterday (Monday) I drove all the way down to Ukiah, after work, just to get a sandwich. I got there about 5:30. Every chair in the place was up, lights were all off. You can imagine my disappointment; Id been craving one of their sandwiches all weekend, but I hadnt been able to go get one. You see, I thought on weekends they closed early (early being 5pm, in my head). I dont get off of work until 5, ever. Im therefore under the impression that driving down for a sandwich on a weekend would be a definite waste of time. So I wait until a week day, which I thought meant that they would be open until 8pm. Makes sense, right? Every other Quiznos on earth is open until 8pm on regular, non-holiday, week nights. Regardless...it is closed when I arrive there at 5:30 on a Monday evening. I look around for the correct hours to be posted somewhere by the entrance (Im at the back door). I find the list of their hours, which says they close at EIGHT. Naturally, after confirming the usual hours are 10-8, I figure there must be some sort of extenuating circumstance today, and that is the reason theyve closed so early. Soooo, I tried again today (Tuesday). I got off work at 5, drove ALLLLL the way down (Im determined now to get a sandwich), and when I get there...locked, closed, lights off, chairs up. Im enraged at this point, honestly. I go around and check the hours on the back door again, and theyve been removed..now its just printed there: "close 5pm". At that point, I was beyond done with all this getting turned around by false info and wasting my time and gas.. I looked up the Ukiah stores hours online, hoping to figure them out once and for all.. only then did I sadly come to find Quiznos in Ukiah is literally ONLY OPEN WHILE IM AT WORK. That is so infuriating to me..especially now, after two long, wasted drives that ended in utter disappointment and confusion. I just dont understand these hours of operation. They are ridiculous. Is our Quiznos target demographic comprised solely of truant high school kids? I feel that this is why, every time I HAVE made it into this location, I have been the ONLY person there. I bet everyone else has long since given up on it, because they simply do not understand why youve made it SO difficult to nail down a good time to come in and spend money there. Dear Store Owner: Who all seriously has the time, from 11-5:00, to go to a sandwich shop? Probably not enough people to keep your doors open for very long - and Ill bet money on that. Every. Other. Quiznos. operates between 10-8:00. Subway is open, nation-wide, from about 8 in the morning until 10 at night! Not to mention Im pretty sure that theyre open every single day. But.. 11-5? Who on earth are those hours FOR? Six hours a day, six days a week? That is so unreasonable that it makes me want to rip my own eyelashes out. Get it together. Keep your store open often enough that the customers can actually make it in once in a while. Im very hungry and dont have time to play these childish games. Besides all that, I do really like this location. The staff is nice - all very helpful and pleasant. The sandwiches, in my experience, are always well-made. The space is clean. The ingredients look and taste like they are as fresh as possible and are properly kept. All the more reason why I wish they would be open during more suitable hours for a sandwich chain.

Stopped to get a couple of sandwiches, as I love mah Quiznos. They wouldnt even let me substitute the cheese on my sandwiches. I just wanted Swiss instead of Cheddar. Really? The girl who made my sandwich was in a Quiznos shirt and BASKETBALL SHORTS. The sandwiches were simply shoved into a paper bag, and not even wrapped. In short, love the franchise, hate this location.

Sandwiches are amazing. I love the honey mustard chicken with bacon. so tasty. But unfortunately I will never go there again until under new ownership. Employees are completely rude , apparently if you are not liked by an employee there you get treated with disrespect and indecency. Very upset to say but no more quiznos in Ukiah ca for me .

Hate this place mainly the wait. staff was Rude, dont let u put whatever sauce on your sandwich, I guess they dont want a tip or repeating customers .
