This place is so easy to get to, its well worth the two minute drive to get out of crowded downtown to easy parking, great food, and friendly service. The food is great every time and the service is always wonderful. Their takeout is always fast and still hot at home too, parking is easy, and I really cant say enough about their customer service. They care about the food and their customers, and they like to get to know their regulars. I havent had Chinese food this good since I was in the Bay area, its been a struggle ever since moving to the Pacific Northwest! We love Grace Sus China Gorge!

After placing a take out order for lunch specials (lasting til 3) at 2:30, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After arriving, the place was almost empty and they had not even started my order. Once they started the order, they tried to charge me evening price (because by then it was well after 3:00). I corrected them that I had ordered the lunch special 45 minutes prior and they then took the order back to the kitchen to remove some of it. To top it off, one of the servers was very rude to us. Never going back. Ever. I pay for service, not attitude and late food.

ALERT!! I used a prepaid debit card to pay for the meal upfront after we ordered.(to avoid embarrassment in case it was declined). Our meal was 30$, and we left a 5$ tip. I shouldve checked my transaction history then but I spaced it until the next day when I found out that I was missing money on my card. Those little shits straight up STOLE 10$ from me. 10% of 30$ is 3, not fracking 10!! Ill never go there again. The food was descent though, but it sure isnt worth the money.

Menus were dirty. No, very dirty. Not just smears of food but full on chunks. How could anyone be tempted to eat in a filthy place like that? After being seated and ignored without so much as an offer for a drink, we left. Hey restaurant owners: ALWAYS take a drink order IMMEDIATELY upon seating guests. That will force them to stay, will likely sell an extra high margin item and will make your customers happy. Geez, its not that hard.

They messed up on our order...however did try to make it right. However we werent able to eat half of our dinner because it was too spicy and contained items that we were allergic to but it was not listed on the menu as one of the ingredients. We ordered cashew chicken but got something with shrimp and very heavy on the spicy hot seasoning... We will go back to our regular place next time.

The staff is extremely nice and our waiter was a little late in taking our order but the owner kept assuring us she would be right there. Acknowledge is a good thing. The food is cheap for the amount you get and the food is good. Not what I am use to back home but I will definitely be going back. And they gave my kids suckers when we left so they love it too.

A jewel in the Gorge. Take the time; drive out to Hood River and watch the kite folk on the river while enjoying what may be the best Chinese food in Oregon. The friendly, knowledgeable staff are attentive without being intrusive, and the prices are more than reasonable. Great place!!! We will make this a regular stop.

Theifs!! Payed for the soup and the rice when the meal says it was included! When i ask they said they will fix it. 2 days later got charged for everything. Do not go here! Bunch of greedy people who do not even ask how your meal is and like to wait 15 to 20 min before giving your card back. Worst experince ever!!

I gave 2 stars because the owners and employees seemed like genuinely nice people. The food, though, is exceptionally poor, and relatively expensive. I suppose if you live in the Gorge and crave Chinese food, you might eat here. Its really not even passable, in my book.

Very poor food. Fried rice had no flavor. Egg flower soup was like canned chicken broth. I had a calimari dish which was drown in Hosain sauce. We went offered refills of water or tea. Waited then finally asked for check. Sad that so many think this is good.

The Best Chinese Food Ever!!! I am very careful in Chinese food because it can be so sweet, so sour or so grassy but this place IS AMAZING... very great food, great service. I definitely recommend it. Shrimps and Veggies was boom!!!

AMAZING CHINESE....Im from new york and didnt expect the food to be this great. Service with a smile. Clean, great atmosphere, and great employees. I had the hawaiian chicken and my boyfriend had the hunan chicken (spicy!) Yummy!

Great service, great food, but pricey. We were excited to finally see Lo Mein on the menu since moving to the west coast! the beef and snow peas were also really good. Pricey though. Shout out to Rachel for her excellent service.

We love Chinese food and this was a delightful place to eat. The food was delicious with a wide list to of selections from which to choose. Waiters were very friendly. Prices were not to high at all. Well be back again.

Been there a few times when staying nearby, had great food! From driving by outside building could use some sprucing up, but inside is decent and enjoyed eating there everytime! Been craving it recently as a matter of fact!

I had the singapore noodles and they were amazing. I havent been to Singapore, but I have traveled around south east Asia and these were some of the best noodles Ive ever had. Hood River? Who knew? This place is a gem.

This is truly a find. What impressed me was that the vegetables are cooked just right, not under or over, and everything is fresh and alive tasting. Get the Salt and Pepper Calamari!

The General Tso chicken is the best. We cant find anything like it in Portland so when we go to Hood River we always stop in. Clean, friendly, delicious food; couldnt get any better
