Highly recommended. The wings were awesome. Perfectly cooked with great sauces. I was buying 80 wings for a college sports event team buffet, and the manager explained that they had a catering menu that would offer better prices (same wings, etc, just better priced for big catered situations). He was incredibly patient and helpful, making great suggestions. I asked for a certain pick-up time and they were ready and brought from the kitchen at exactly that minute. An associate walked me through the whole order, showing me everything that they had packed into the carry out bag: sauces, napkins, wet wipes, each container (Id asked for 4 different kinds of wings) and all of the dipping sauces (free) that I had special-ordered for some unsauced wings. I was really impressed by this fine customer service. It was WELL worth the very reasonable price. And, in quite a large buffet of menu main dish items, the Buffalo Wild Wings were pounced on excitedly by these college kids and were the only dish that had no leftovers. Not a single lonely wing. Upon or arrival there seemed to be some confusion whether or not we could sit at a booth even though the restaurant was almost empty. Our meal for three people was VERY slow to arrive despite the emptiness of the restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger and it came barely warm like it had been sitting for a while. I am 64 years old and this is the only time I have ever complained about a meal served to me. Although the waitress apologized to me no manager came over to address the issue which to me indicated a lack of training of the waitress. Overall customer service was poor and food was mediocre at best. A disappointing experience overall.

Tasty food, tad pricey. The food was good and they have lots of variety-even if you dont want chicken. Their sauces are great and many choices. Only thing I didnt like was that when you order your food, they ask if you want fries, onion rings, etc. But they dont mention that having anything other than fries is an extra $1.50. Also, the wings, while good, are a bit expensive at $1 each.

The wings are OK, service is ok, on occasion it has taken far too long to get my $5 beer. The prices are a bit high for the quality that you get. Drink prices are out of control. If you like watching the game, this place has an ample amount of big screens all over the place. The only draw back is that this place gets loud and busy so plan on arriving early before a big game of any type.

the servers here are above awsome we drove all the way from north carolina to see mandy aly and sydney the 3 best servers there they are so sweet and treat you like there only customer and realy care about your experince there i would pay someones bill if they had a bad experince with one of these 3 servers.

It is a fun environment and lots of screens for different sports. A decent beer selection and a fun trivia game. Food is basic bar food, on Tuesdays are .60 bone in wings and on Thursdays .60 boneless wings, but everything else costs extra on these nights I.e. Carrots and celery and ranch and blue cheese

Waited ten minutes just to give our beverage order. Forty mins to get two burgers. There were at best twenty five customers and at least six waitstaff. We watched several employees and at least two managers walk past a rag that had been lying on the floor for our entire visit.

Great service, had a server suggest a drink off menu for my wife and she loved it. Can be loud during major games or fights or fun and alive depending upon your point of view. Food is always on point. I love the classic wet bone in buffalo wing and their friend pickles.

Have been here on many occasions and always am pleased with the service and food. I am a huge wing guy and the wings here are perfect. Great place for young people because the noise might not be appreciated by an older crowd. Always love coming to BWW!!!!

Every single time we order takeout, I dont know why this is, but they either completely mess up our order or forget to give us something we asked for. We just ordered it tonight and they left out our vegetables and ranch.

Second time getting food poisoning from here, my friend got it the same night. And I know three other people that ended up with it within a week. Wraps and boneless wings are usually undercooked. Dont recommend this place

Food is always good, but there is a 25% chance that the waitress or waiter will mess up the order, nothing big though, just the small things. Also their are no subtitles on the TVs that dont have volume.
