Ordered crab puffs and orange chicken... crab puffs were terribly greasy w/o flavor or substance. Orange chicken serving size was enormous, but mostly dark meat and gristle (if that was chicken). Was hoping fortune cookies would help me forget, but they were semi-stale. My fortune You shall soon make a long, overdue personal decision [never to eat at Lai Lai Chinese Restaurant again]. My wife and I would not recommend to a friend and will not eat here again.

Sorry, but we dont agree with the other reviewers. The sweet and sour chicken was very greasy and didnt have much flavor. Same with the chicken fried rice. Fried won-tons were over cooked. Everything was very bland. My son had the burger and said it was just OK. Fries were cold. Service was fine. Atmosphere was fine. Price was low, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The food was blah blah blah. They did not know how to make certain dishes the traditional way. Oh and the prices were outragous. What I paid $30.00 for I have gotten the same thing at several different places from $11.00 to $15.00. Oh and the final touch they threw in a large insect lag free. Looked like a beetle or mosquito eater leg. First and last time for me.....

GREAT GREAT FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You people who are writing bad things about this resturant are on BAD DOPE. My wife and mother in law love this place and Yes we have ate in the bay area and I STILL rate this resturant 5 Stars. So get off the dope.................................

I totally disagreed with the two previous comments. They have the best food in town. They just remodeled the place and it look amazing. My husband and kids love this place. Good portion for the price. My family love the Mongolian Beef and Crab Puffs.

Service was great, but this was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Only had a couple bites and couldnt eat any more. We drove all the way to Yreka to get good Chinese food after leaving this place. We should have listened to the reviews!

I like the orange chicken, mongolian beef, and cream puffs. They are so yummy. They have big portion that feeds a big family. Thats why my family goes there every week. You should try it. You will agree with me.=)

This place is worth eating at if you are on a tight budget. The food is mediocre at best and the ingredients arent the freshest but there are extra savings on the seniors menu and the people are very sweet.

Ordered the family style dinner. Turned out to be way more food than we needed. It was delicious, Im not a fan of their pork though. Whats delicious was their sesame deep fried tofu. Yum!

Nor Nor Cals best china man food place. Super good try the crap puffs. Big portions. O and there hamburgers are the biggest secret in town like 4 bucks for a fat burger and fries man...

They qoated me a time so I gave them additional 15min they still did not have my food ready. I had to sit and wait additional 20 min for food which should had been ready already
