Our family of 5 has tried everything except the duck dishes. Its all great! Ambiance-10 Modern architecture, gorgeous colors and a floor so clean you could eat off it! We do recommend you eat off your plate however! Perfect volume on the music. Saltwater tank and great decor. Presentation/Taste/Price-10 Best lunch specials for Chinese food in the valley (IMO). The batter is always light and there is ALWAYS food inside! We especially enjoy the Bean Sprout Lo Mein. The portions are perfect! The presentation always a delight! Tea-10 A delicious blend (I refuse to tell you the secret) so good in fact we drink it at home now! Staff-8 Unless Daphne is your waiter you might have to wait a moment to get that to go box or have your tea refilled. The staff also needs to be provided a uniform down to the shoes so they ALL look professional. Daphne-10 If Daphne is your waitress you are guaranteed some happenings with happiness! This lady is on top of it. Even if she happens to miss something as soon as it is mentioned it is taken care of! Improvements: Exciting desserts! P.S. It looks as if they might be opening a bar perhaps?

Took a group of 4 people in their today at open. All of us ordered off the lunch menu and picked the deal where you get 3 items for $8.50. Each of us said the service was good but the food was not that great. Their Chicken Chow Mein was colorful, but runny, without much flavor. I had the crab cakes which barely had any crab in them and just taste like the cream cheese inside. They were crunchy and light though. 3 of us ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and no one liked it. We all agreed it was a bit tasteless. 2 of us ordered their Jasmine tea which was weak no matter how long we steeped it. Two of us ordered the rice which also did not have much flavor. Definitely not worth the money you pay with the small portions you get. The best part of the meal was the light and flaky fortune cookies that taste a bit like coconut. I will stick with China Hut on Riverside It may be a bit of a whole in the wall but the food always tastes great every time we go and the service is excellent.

The Best! They actually de-vein their shrimp! They are the only restaurant in town that does this. They even had the take out order ready when they said; they didnt wait for me to get there before they bagged it. Service was friendly. The rice didnt taste like it came out of a box and wasnt dried out, either. The Bo Bo tray was better quality and more tasty than the competitors, of the few that offer it, that is. The meats were not dried out. This is now the only Chinese restaurant we will go to. The only things to complain about are the lack of parking and inside seating. Seems everyone knows how good this place is! I hope they can expand to North Medford.

I will never get Chinese food from here again. Used to be one of my favorites I gave them more chances than I should have to turn it around, but sadly they have gone down hill. The last few times I got take out from there I was very disappointed. I dont eat pork at all, they use to let me sub with vegetable fried rice stop doing that (other places will.) Their crab puffs used to be good, but very little crab if any now. Their sweet and sour sauce is watered down as are other things. My orders have been wrong and theyve been rude on the phone.

We were passing through Medford and decided to try this restaurant. I think our first mistake was that it was right before closing and that fact may have contributed to the poor quality of food. The "egg drop soup" was a whitish, thick consistency which was not even hot and completely inedible. The other food had no flavor. The egg roll was the only thing edible. I will tell you that my wife and kids did take their leftovers ..... the other thing is that the server had and attitude!! Anyway I still left a tip but will never be back.

Absolutely fabulous!!! The best Chinese food weve had in years! Definitely the best in Southern Oregon! Well return many times. Daphne waited our table. Havent had better service in a long time. Her heart is definitely in serving people. Her friendly suggestions for rearranging our dinner so we could "have it our way" were amazingly accommodating! There wasnt anything she wasnt able to arrange for us. Everything was VERY clean...a priority for us. I highly recommend this restaurant without any reservations.

Went there for lunch with a friend today. It was a real mixed bag. My snow peas with beef was good, as was her shrimp lo mein, the BBQ pork was moist & tender, the fried rice was much better than most but the egg flower soup was pretty bland, some of the fried shrimp had raw batter inside, the pot stickers were made with breakfast sausage which tasted a bit rancid & the crab puffs were a lot more cream cheese than crab. The service was friendly but a bit slow. Cant give it more than a 3.

Food was good but the service was VERY slow. We went to this place the very first time when it opened we didnt like it and we decided to give it another try ... NOPE :( its seemed like we were there forever because we werent seated right away and it took forever for them to take our orders. Few of the staff members were not so friendly. Its too bad because the food and shrimp were good but with a service that like forget it Well be going somewhere else . :/

We ordered chicken lo mein orange chicken shrimp egg foo young and some egg rolls. It was ready in 15 minutes hot ,ready , and bagged for pick-up. From what I could tell the place was clean. Portions were generous. And the place was moderately busy at dinner time on a Thursday night. This is a good Chinese restaurant and you wont be paying Panda Express prices. That is because its not Panda Express food.

Owner must think Americans are stupid. 1 egg roll for two...was instructed by the owner to cut in half..what? Crab puffs have no crab just two specks of orange color in each. Large portions of stale bland food. Threw most of it away. Does he really think thats good Chinese food? Felt more like a joke on us. Wont go back... Would rather drive to eagle point where there is good Chinese food.

Food is excellent and consistent but the service sucks. The little Asian guy who runs the place is very smugg and rude and gives you funny looks and if you ask him something about the food or want to make changes to the order he pops off with smart ass remarks like your stupid or something. And its almost impossible to get someone over to your table to see if you need anything.

Normally I do not rate places the first time I try them but I have to say, not my favorite. Ordering was difficult and the lunch ended up taking an hour and a half...which made me seriously late back to work. Since this place is brand new, I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back again...but probably for dinner so that I dont have any time restrictions.
