Since I cant give them a zero in terms of the star on yelp, I am writing this review to highlight their unprofessional behavior about a mistake they committed. We ordered a paneer tikka massala pizza along with a roasted garlic pizza and chicken tikka massala. I am a vegetarian because of my religious beliefs. To my horror I discovered chicken pieces on the vegetarian pizza that I ordered. When I called them to tell about this, instead of hearing a, "we are sorry" and "it would never happen again". The man who answered the phone, was rude and instead of apologizing started telling me that the lady who prepared the pizza had 100s of orders to process. I was disappointed in the way they reacted on a mistake on their part.

Extremely rude staff. I am never going back there! There were ~4-5 empty tables but right from the moment we entered, an unfreindly and big woman, who seemed to be the manager started picking on us. First of all, when we asked for a high chair for our baby, she said she would get us one after we got our food to the table(how is one supposed to be able to get food with a baby in one hand ??). After that, when we tried getting the high chair ourselves, she would not let us do that either! When we told her upfront about her unreasonable expectations, she walked inside and never came back. We just walked out of there and went some place else. Highly unpleasant staff. no care for customers!

There was almost no one else in the restaurant but after taking our order the food somehow took about 45 minutes to come out, and when it did they has gotten the order wrong! Had to wait even longer for correct food. Our waiter didnt check on us once during the meal so we had flag someone to request our dessert (which we had already ordered) because he had not even noticed that we had already finished and boxed our leftovers. The food itself was pretty decent, the pizza in particular was enjoyable and well priced, but we wont likely be back with such horrible service.

Positive feedback: Food: 1. paneer Tikka masala was so good. It is simply best you could get in Portland. 2. Nan or bread is again of great quality. Most Indian restaurants do not have soft Nan. 3. Ras malai also tasted excellent. Negative feedback 1. Sweet lussy was very bad. It tasted stale. 2. Water and culinary were not served to us and I had to ask after 15 min. 3. Order was taken very late. I think online and phone order is best option for the place. Ambience and cleanliness is great but simply customer service was not satisfactory.

I went for the lunch Buffet and was pleased. I got there as just as they opened for lunch buffet. All the food was very good, and a couple items were excellent. I am no expert on authenticity, so no claims, but everything I had from the buffet was very good, spicier than many places as well. The selection was very good also, mostly the usual, but better. I am more likely to return here than most of the places I have been before, and it is close to work.

Worst Indian food ever. I was swayed away by the reviews and visited this restaurant. I ordered chicken manchurian which didnt look like manchurian at all. It was super sweet, fried chicken cooked in tomato ketchup. I also ordered paneer Tikka pizza which was awful. Crust had Cumins in it and it tasted fried and left weird taste in the mouth. Atleast this restaurant is off my checklist of Indian restaurants in Portland. Very disappointed.

Arrogant staff. Ignorant towards customers. If you want to still eat while the server is shouting at you for moving used plates from your table, which is already overflowing because of waiter completely neglecting you, then you are welcome here. Atleast I cant. The manger is also with the same attitude, so dont think that you can ask the waiter to call the manager and hell give it a dam.

Absolutely delicious food! We started with the Chicken Pakora and the Paneer Pakora with a bottle of Red Wine from India. For our main entrees we had the Palak Paneer and Chicken Makhani. This with a side of the Garlic Naan was so perfect. The restaurant was clean and the service was very friendly. We never felt rushed and were able to take our time to enjoy the meal.

Best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. I am in Salem but I will drive an hour and a half to eat here. Not like the typical Indian restaurant. The service is the best around. They have the most amazing pizza, and of course all the other dishes are amazing as well. Me and my wife have never tasted a more authentic Indian restaurant in our lives.

A good selection of Indian food, but I do wish it was more spicy. The service was very good, and the wait staff was friendly. This is a great place to come for lunch and eat a lot very quickly! We came as a group of bridesmaids for a very short lunch before a rehearsal dinner and started and finished in about 20 minutes!

You have to try this place...so buy their Groupon offer! We had their pizza and chicken curry which was really good. The garlic naan bread was good as well. Ambiance was great for date night and service is really friendly. The Max stop is near by for people who are not ftom the area. We will definitely come back again!

The buffet was very ordinary. If you are trying to find authentic Indian food, then definitely this is not the place you should visit. But if you are looking to fill yourself up you can go there. They serve tea with their buffet which is good. Also they have an Indian version of Pizza which is something new.

Food is excellent and authentic, but holy slow service. It took us 2 hours from ordering to finish. We waited, and waited, and waited. For everything. Our son was such a trooper as we sat for what seemed like eons at every step - appetizer, entree... We got drinks after the entree... Too slow to enjoy.

Huge fan of the pizzas and the buffet. The buffet is just one hell of a deal - not only do you get all your Indian meats and veggies but you also get Indian pizzas, mango lassos, and choices between desserts. The pizzas are the best though- Indian inspired, if you havent tried it, you are missing out!!

Yummmmm is all I can say. I love the Indian pizza. It was fantastic. Different flavors combine to make a special treat. I love Indian food and having it this way was awesome. We had a great time with the staff and I would recommend this place for a different spin on some old favorites

Very bad hygiene these days. We found a rubber band in the pakora and we let the server know about it, but there was no response from him or the owner regarding this. We also found a long female hair in the rice pulav. After this incident, I am not going back to this restaurant.

Horrible place, the owner is very rude and does not care if the guest heard her comments, she ill treated the servers in front of everone, food has no soul, it is just full of butter, and you will get the worst heartburn in a few hours, spare yourself and go somewhere else
