We ate most of our meal and then baby cockroaches came crawling out of the booth and on the wall, one across my daughters plate. I showed them to the waitress and made her kill them. .. I then asked for a refund and after the manager finally came up he told me "in this situation we usually give a 50% refund" what the hell does that mean? Its a regular occurrence? I told him bugs are not ok anywhere and especially crawling on my daughters food, making sure to be loud enough for a few ppl to hear. Then this idiot tried saying we were already sitting too long to get a refund so I made a little bigger scene until I got my refund. They raised their prices a lot and are very rude, the environment is depressing and now apparently they have bugs. Not to mention the waitress told us there was an infestation in the walls and booths that an exterminator was just there for days before, but apparently they didnt close down for this. .... been long time customers and we will NEVER GO BACK!!!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed this place quiet a bit for a short time just because it was cheap and were college students so it worked out. Always very poor service, food and decor. I found strands of jet black hair in my chicken before and pointed it out to one of the cooks (I have very light blonde hair. It was obviously not mine). The lady brought the dish into the back kitchen then within seconds of me walking away it was back on the food line. This place has all negative reviews and after reading about someone seeing cockroaches I will never go back. Just thought I would share my experience also. The health inspector should probably review this place...

Our kids love Best Buffet (so much so that when we allow them to pick the sit-down restaurant, we always end up there) so we are monthly customers. The food is good. Certainly not the best in town, but its a family buffet, yknow? I dont think anyone expects five-star quality for $7 (drink included). The food is consistently above-average -- tasty, hot and plentiful. If you like ambiance and fellow diners who dont look like theyve walked from a rehab, police station or welfare office, Best Buffet aint for you. If youre looking for a cheap place to feed your family, look no further.

Filthy!!!!! Caked up crud around the food, the gravy had a dried film over it. Plastic flowers over the buffet that are so dirty. I couldnt eat the food the place was so disgusting. $17 for 2 people. Im seriously nauseated sitting here watching the people eat. Most of the seating is ripped or broken around the bottom. I guess I will stop by Mcdonalds on the way back to where I need to go. Yuck!!

We went in to eat tonight the food looked good, I had two bites my son started pointing to the corner of the booth. There were Cockroaches crawling out of the booth and all over the wall. I asked for my money back and left. They were not happy we wanted to leave or wanted our money back, who wants to eat at a place crawling with bugs!

Havent been there for 6 years, was thinking about trying again-not now after reading the current reviews. I quit going once they were offering french fries, corn dogs and assorted Mexican food.I thought this was suppose to be a Chinese Buffet. The hotnsour soup I liked, everything else was watered down.

Went in with no expectations and was still disappointed. Filthy establishment, food was bland and old and waitresses were rude and barely around. I rarely give negative reviews but I would tell anyone to avoid this place, there are plenty of other options that are better.

I forgot to write a review a while back but this place is l i t my dudes, my buddy snuck me some chicken in his pockets for me after getting it for free from a friend of his who paid for his meal. Then we got chuffed together hahahahahaa

Poor quality food. The whole place is dirty.first time in this place and I wont be back!! I did not enjoy my food just the thought of how disgusting the kitchen might have been if the floors and carpet in the dining area are So gross.

Food was perfect, jello smelled of fish, lots of people here. The staff is amazing and nice. The chicken it the riggt amount of stale. I would change the name to moderately adequate buffet. Would definitly eat again.

Theres not a lot of variety and many times the food is not kept to temperature and is not fresh. They are also not very good at keeping the food available. The place is not kept clean and I will not be going back there.

Filthy. Food was all under cooked and unedible. Not one thing i tryed was good. Soup was watered down and rice was hard. Best advise I can give is if you dont want a stomach ache and to dine with bugs then stay away.

A friend took me to eat here. He paid for my meal and I dipped right after. Lmfao it was worth it. A nice free meal. I didnt even hangout with him after. I just got chuffed with another friend hahahahahahahahahahah.

Service is bad, its was dinner time but they only have few items on top of that theres no dinner quality foods at all. Foods are dry, place are filthy and dirty too. Definitely not going back there again.

Cheap food for sure but also "cheap" food. Blech! Used to work in a lot of chinese restaurants ... this kitchen is lazy. Maybe just a bad day but Safeway Chinese is gourmet compared to this.

The name is a lie. Its not the best or barely passable, but at 7.25 its okay. If you want to stuff yourself with basically Safeway Chinese food this is the place to do it for super cheap.

Best avoid unless you are used to cheap, unhealthy food. An Iron Stomach is recomended. Staff is not very friend and often refuses to refund your money even if the food made you sick.

My husband and I enjoy this restaurant. It is not fancy, but a good price and we always enjoy the food. We usually go about once a month or so.
