Today Sept 27 2015, Came here with my parents tonight at 7:30 pm. They were very busy and as my experience in the kitchen it is hard to keep things in great condition. I was in line for the flat-top circle grill. I politely informed one of the workers that they are out of oils and sauces and asked them if they could restock. There was a nice response but no motivation to get the sauces refilled. They took 5 mins to even start restocking. My dad who was there before I was in line was not given his plate that he made, the order was mixed up(no problem things happen) and someone else received the plate. My father restarted in the line and was irritated that his plate was given to someone else, with the sauces adding to his iritation my father left the line and but his bowl of raw meats on the dessert counter. One of the employees left the grill to confront my father by which he left 3 other bowls on the grill. With my fathers anger they were arguing back and forth and my dad decided to go back in line. The same employee that confronted my dad took his bowl to start cooking it. The employee suspiciously turns and hold the bowl close to his mouth and spits in it With me watching him do it. I was disgusted and went to talk to a manager to discuss some issues of mine. 1 as an employee working in the kitchen you never deal with customers that are pissed, you inform your manager. 2 being on your phone while cooking is unsanitary and unsafe . Especially not washing your hands right after. 3 while Im public eyes you need to act professional at all times. That means dont mumble rude comments about customers to your co-worker. Another issue I had with them is when I was talking the the manager dont roll your eyes at me when Im complaining and tell you that its unacceptable and I know my serve-safe. I have the 5 year mangers edition. If you dont like that a 19 year old has that get over yourself and complain the the California Conservation Corps. Will never return.

I went with my two kids ages 5 and 4. I paid at the register and soon after the host told us where to go to get a table. So I see it and head over there the place is packed and I have my little ones on me. As soon as I get to the table the waitress tells me "you cant sit here until you show me your receipt". I said "ok give me one second," I told my kids to get in the booth. The waitress once again told me "you cannot sit here until you show me your receipt" I started looking in my bag to grab the receipt and once again she says "if you didnt paid you cannot sit here". At this point I am furious on how rude the waitress is. I havent even sat down, my kids got out of the booth but I told them to have a seat we are not going anywhere. The waitress acted as if I wasnt a paying customer. As soon as I showed her the PAID receipt she back off. Then I told her "you can leave know". Very awful service and I wont go there again. 1-18-2015

I already dont like buffets so I was less then enthused to come here. But I gave it a chance. The place is big with lots of seating. The only good thing about this place. Food choices are okay. Everything looked like its either been sitting out for hours, or everyone has been touching it. Gross I tried only a couple of the food choices that looked okay. The food has no flavor what so ever. So one plate was all I got and I didnt even eat all of it. So I decided to try some dessert. Even then not alot of dessert choices. Most of the desserts looked dry and flavorless. I opted for something that should be great. Vanilla ice cream out of the machine and I was disappointed. The ice cream was over turned and had a weird flavor. How do you mess up vanilla ice cream. I highly doubt I will come back here. Its cheap in price but not worth it

My family and I went there for lunch. In my opinion its the worst buffet we have ever went to and we went to a few. After one plate of food like noodles, cucumber salad, ect.. My whole family wanted to leave. Let me tell you why. One, the noodle tasted like they used the old oil from the fryer to cook with it. I guess they tried to save money by not wasting old fryed oil and decided to use it to cook food with it. Second, the cucumber salad tasted bad like spoiled cucumbers. I dont like to write reviews, but this place takes the cake of bad buffets. Also let me introduce to a good friend of mine after I eat there, her name is Toilet. I had a hot date with her all night long. If you dont believe me, go there and see. My hot date named toilet will be waiting and wanting to meet you.

Customer service bad. The waiters harass you by constant questions to make you leave such as " are you done " ," are you finished?" They dont allow you to finish the lunch meals Around dinner time and they begin to swap the lunch food to dinner giving less lunch choices to the lunch customers. I asked the waiter if I can eat the crab legs because she had swapped it with chicken and she staid yes if I choose to buy the dinner meal which is $5 more. I refused her offer because I was almost full and didnt agree with their logic. Ive been coming to paradise buffet for 1 year and have the same problem with the rude waiters, but there wont be a next time for my family and I !

As a vegan, I initially really enjoyed their spicy eggplant, fried banana, and their grilled pineapple, shallots, broccoli, mushrooms, with chile, etc. at the Mongolian grill (which they also grill meat on). The fruit selection is rather lame with a rather basic salad bar. But after inquiring numerous times, I was finally told that the eggplant has oyster sauce, even though they had basically told me it was vegan initially, and I doubt they use vegetarian oyster sauce. I am very disappointed that they cant seem to get their facts straight for loyal customers like me. I am reluctant to support them anymore.

Most buffets at the very least give you a fork and a spoon. This place makes you pay first and only gives you a cup. It is weird to pay first, but it is lazy to not give out silverware. They have a crap sea food selection and only that fried shrimp crap. They have octopus, but they dont even season it. It is just boiled and put out. The salad bar is good. The selection of American is pretty decent. The price is too high for what they serve. I guess you are actually paying for the food they cook in front of you rather than the food they cook and you can just pick up and eat

While I was eating my lunch, I bit into a shell that appeared to be from a snail. When I brought it to the managers attention, he said that all of it was edible and that it was not that big of a deal. When i told the manager that I was disgusted, he said there was nothing that he could do and walked away. There apparently isnt a general manager and they are all assistant managers. I have written to the health department and the BBB as well!! This place is gross and unsanitary!
