Today was my second visit to super king and i have to say that both times i was unimpressed with the food. some of it was very good but most of it was tasteless. On my first visit the waitress was pretty good while sitting at the table but once we were done she snatched the check out of our hands and ran to the front like we were going to leave without paying and watched us like a hawk while waiting for the visa to process. Todays visit made it so i will never go back, the food was poor except for a few items and we kept getting dirty looks from our waiter, when we asked for wet wipes to clean up a mess that my nephew made he huffed loudly then left without saying anything, he came back and gave us the wet naps and when we thanked him he sneered said "yeah, whatever" and walked away. when we went up to the front to pay i asked the man behind the register if i could speak to the manager and he told me i could just talk with him, i asked if he was the manager and he told me he wasnt so i told him it had to be a manager so he pointed to a man who was on his way to the front, when he got there i started telling him about the problem with the waiter and he stopped me and pointed to the guy at the register and told me to tell him because he wasnt the manager. By this point i was tired of the whole thing so i told him the problem and when i finished he asked for more details...what more did he need to know?!? if it were any other restaurant the whole "yeah, whatever" thing would have been more then enough! it was obvious that they didnt care about what happened and had no interest in following up with the waiter. I figure that if they have no care about the customers experience then i have no care to spend my money there anymore.

I will say this. The people were generally friendly. They do have frog legs. The bathroom is in good repair and kept free of vandalism. That is where the good ends. The shrimp is not cleaned in any way shape or form. The chicken is undercooked and pink which is dangerous. The imitation crab was overcooked and soggy. This was mine and my wifes 11th anniversary dinner. We left after less than 10 minutes. When we complained they knocked off a whole 3 dollars off of a bill that was 32 dollars. Really? Im calling my bank and going to reverse the payment. I would have been happy to pay for the sodas, but no. I cant call this highway robbery. This is more like rape. Thanks for ruining an otherwise wonderful anniversary. I will NEVER return. Incidentally my wife has NEVER EVER complained about a restaurant to the restaurant. Well this place was a first. 11 years we have been married. Not once has she ever felt anywhere was bad enough to complain to management. Well here ya go SuperKing, I guess you get that honor of being the first.

Decent fast food Chinese and Asian style fare. Not the greatest, but better than Panda Express. Pricier than most Chinese fast food However, buffet stations are almost always stocked. Ingredients are low quality. The gripe starts with stinginess. The staff will hassle and nickel and dime you on everything. They will charge you for dinner rates if you come before dinner and they will start a scene in front of other guests if they believe youre eating dinner fare (even if you havent, which is our case). They also charge for wasted food, which is fine, but most places dont enforce this unless theres gross waste. Here, they will nit pick at the expense of losing a customer. The staff and management clearly dont understand customer service in a food service industry. If you come here and get hassled, just throw a fit and make a scene. They will back down and apologize, but honestly... avoid this place if customer service is something you value.

The staff is so nice and I really appreciate them a lot... but geez this food was either gross or flavorless. The vegetables seemed so old and and the fruits just did not taste like fruit. I could only eat one of three sushi pieces I picked up because it was not fresh at all and felt old in texture. The chow mein was so bland and had hard crunchy noodles mixed throughout. After trying the items that appealed and finding nothing I would like seconds on, I figured I could at least get my deserts worth but even those were basically cheap cakes and pastries youd buy in bulk at cosco... The best part was a mediocre ice cream machine that youd find at any mediocre buffet. You know the type; Left is chocolate, right is vanilla, and if you pull the middle lever if you get a swirl! Woo!

All The food was hot and they kept it fresh, I wish the wait on refilling the clams and oysters wasnt so long but at the end i got mine. Fresh seafood is what i liked, my Girlfriend she liked the fried shrimp and the salmon. Stir fry bar realy looked good but I hit the wall to fast so i didnt get to sample it haha. The staff were friendly and always asking me can they get me something. And the place was very clean, Buy the way when my brother came down 2 weeks later I took him there and we had a realy good time. YES YES YES ...I think I found my new favorite resturant and I see ALOT of the locals go there too so you know its gotta be g00d, oHya and The Ice-Tea is strong just the way i like it.. 1-5 stars I give it a 4.5

All I could eat was $14.29 for dinner. After my first plate, one of the male servers came and took my cup of water to refill it at the back. It wouldve been preferred if he came with jug of ice water to refill it there in front of me. He took the first plate but he did not replace the spoon & fork that I ate with. He gently took the spoon & fork off of the plate that i ate with and placed them on top of the paper napkin on my designated table. Wouldnt it be nice if he took away the used utensils and got me new ones that I can use for my second rounds? I found it unprofessional that he only took away the used plate and not the used spoons or forks.

Dont eat here!! Go to Makoto in Vancouver. It has it all. Best seafoods and much more of shushi selections. And offcourse theyve practiced business ethics. But if you eat here pay close attention to your reciept. They could be nice to you and at the same time cheat you big time. I visited few times and always suspicious for the charges. Today we had dinner there again and yet they did it again and we did not realize it until we left the place. Charging us 2more people more than the actual # of ppl in our gruop. And on top of that they Charged us even for ice tea. Goddam you guys I even left you tip..But Do remember Karma is truly exists.
