Absolutely horrible experience!!! Went to this place for the first time today and their customer service was the worse ever!! I just surgery 5 days before coming here and could not eat , but decided to come with my friends anyway. We spoke to the manager prior to entering to make sure it wouldnt be a problem if I didnt pay since I wasnt eating. The manager assured me it would be no issue . Well it turned out to be a HUGE issue!! Our server took 3"breaks" right next to our table and continuously was staring me down. The same server approached me and asked me if I was eating so she could charge, I WAS NOT EATING! The server gave me attitude and didnt bring me water when I asked...at that point I asked for the manager. The manager was worse than the server! He did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation and actually made it worse by making excuses for the server!! As a matter of fact, the server retaliated for my complaint by behaving even ruder! She came by our table TWICE and removed plates WHILE MY FRIEBD WAS STII EATING! DO NOT CONE TO THIS PLACE unless you are ready to be treated like dirt!

I wish I could give it an additional half-star, but the rating program wont let me. This isnt going to be anyones 5-star restaurant, but I do like this place for being the best buffet Ive had for the $$ spent. And when the brain is telling me not to eat for the third day in a row, I can count on this place to get food into me. (This is from a car accident, folks.) And I appreciate the excellent choices of protein-packed possibilities like their potstickers and grilled chicken (thigh meat, no less!). I have always been treated well by the staff there, even though I usually do take-out. (Very reasonably priced, too!) If I had one request, it would be to have fresh eggs available at their version of the Mongolian Grill Station. I do love to have a few eggs scrambled with my choice of stir-fry. Nom! Nom! One thing I am a stickler for is cleanliness and fresh food. This place does both extremely well. When in doubt, check and see whos all eating here! That alone convinced me.

When we arrived at this buffet everything looked really good and the place was quite clean. As I made my way through the buffet steam tables grabbing some food, I noticed that the steam tables were quite cool to the touch (i.e., food needs to be kept at a minimum temp). Specifically, I noticed that the temperature was kept a bit low for some of the meats, thus I began to get worried. I made the waiter aware of this and he assured me that the food was kept at the correct temperature. 24 hours after eating at this location me and my girlfriend ended up experiencing horrible food poisoning with intense vomiting and a very high fever. These guys do NOT keep their food at the correct temperature, allowing for bacteria to build up and contaminate the food. If you are coming to Anaheim to visit Disneyland do not eat at this place, it will ruin your vacation. I will never eat at this place again!

Average stuff. Just opened and the price reflects their grand opening deal through 5/31/13. Not sure what price will be after that. All you can eat, with small sushi bar and a grill, although no one was manning the grill the afternoon we went. It is all-you-can-eat buffet style, with a large selection. Pepsi products for drinks. Most of the food I tried was decent, although the skewered chicken was dry and bland. Shrimp was tasty, and they had an interesting cheese seafood with surimi and melted cheese that was actually quite tasty. Lots of non-Asian food as well if you have picky eaters in the group. Will be interested to see what prices are like in a month. Also, will need to go back on a weekend when they feature more seafood, like crab.

I dont know why the reviews for this place are so positive, I was anything but pleased. My family and I just had dinner here, after a long day at Disney. As everyone knows, having to walk all day, eating nothing but snacks, soda, and expensive Disney food, at the end of the night, a pair of socks would taste swell. Well, Teppanyaki Grill buffet has proved me wrong! The food at this place was terrible, and that is me being polite. I truthfully liked about 2 of the items, and the word "liked" is being used very lightly. Im not one to leave reviews for anyone, but I feel I need to warn everyone thinking about eating here!

I dont know what some people expect from a buffet when you are to go and get the food yourself. You get up and get the food yourself, and I have never and any problems flaging down my waitress for addtional drinks. If you treat the staff with respect, they will make sure you have plenty of everything you need. A little kindness goes a very long way. The food is very good. My brother introduced me to this place and I have put the word out to a lot of people and they have not had any problems. They have treated us very well and we always come in a big group. We plan on coming back. Sandy Contreras

I enjoyed as usual the sashimi, flat top grill of my choice and soft wontons the most. The selection is wonderful. The quality is good for a buffet. You have to be careful because of the salt content on some of the foods - especially the crab legs; in my opinion. I personally try to stay away from the salty foods for we know too much is not good for anyone. The service is always good for me. I believe the selection of food is also very diverse and the price is fair. All and all it is a very acceptable place to eat.

For the price you pay, the food they serve is incredible. Sashimi meat is very tender and high quality. I can complain about Mongolian BBQ for the selections to be in the skinny side but all the remaining food items compensate for it. The meat pie is incredible and must try item. My only complaint is the size of their tables. It is to small if your party is 3 or 4 people. All in all it was a good experience and I will be coming again.

The food is okay but I cant complain for the price that its at. All the hosts/hostesses are very friendly but when I went to ask the cashier for some information between lunch and dinner, he didnt seem very friendly at all. He had a very bad attitude. I called to speak to the manager and the same guy answered pretending to be the mgr. His name was Man. If thats even his real name. I would NOT recommend this place.

This is a good place to eat. The food is generally well done. Not a whole lot of flavor but good all one same. A downfall is that the staff kind of treat all customers like they were cattle. They really dont seem to show much concern or care for the patrons. They just want to get you in and get you out. But if you are looking for lots of food at a decent price this is the place to go.

Went here to find sushi near Disneyland. This place is a very popular and large strip mall Japanese-Asian-American buffet. The variety of food is outstanding. The price is great ($13 for dinner). The quality is what you would expect at the price, but there is definitely something here for everyone. This is definitely where the locals go for a decent value meal. Try it.
