Muy bueno!! To summarize: delicious food. The service is good, and so are the wait times (unless you go at the busy hours; 12-1). Baja does Americanized Mexican like no one else. I frequent the place at least once a week, and my personal burrito of choice is the Mexicano, with steak, both beans, spicy salsa, etc... My advice? Go for the salsa Verde. Also, a pro tip, (if you use more than the thimble-sized cups of salsa for your food) ask at the counter for 1-2 "big salsa containers". Theyre about twice the size, and can sate the appetite of even the hungriest patron. Overall, a great food place if you have $8, 7 minutes, and an appetite.

NASTY HAIR IN BURRITO!!! I order two burritos they get them both wrong I take mine back my wife says shell live with hers. While Im returning mine to get it made the way I ordered it she has a very sick look on her face. She found a 3inch black hair sticking out of her burrito. Not to sound gross but it was curly and I didnt see anyone with curly hair working. They acted like it was a daily thing and no big deal, here is your money back and have a nice day. Cant get the order write and come with hair at no extra charge. I cant believe they are open but I guess if you dont notice then eat up :)

Pleasantly surprised how good the food was here. Definitely better quality than other chain restaurants. The salsa bar has some tasty choices. The meal came with chips, which is an added bonus. Very clean and nice inside. Prices are okay, but a little on the expensive side for eating lunch on a regular basis. I think if they had an option of a smaller portion, for a couple of dollars cheaper as a lunch special, they could really rake in the customers.

I was always pleased with the food here, but the service was always horrible so I quit going. The final straw was when my wife ordered a chicken taco salad bowl and they served her steak. When she tried to return it the lady at the register was rude and didnt want to exchange the order.

No better place in Corvallis for fresh Mexican food. The burritos, tacos, and bowls ate just terrific. Great selection of drinks to choose from. Stop by and try their fresh Mexican foods and you will keep coming back for more.

Not enough. I love eating here the burritos are nice and big but the quasidias are small. And there is never enough chips :) the music is blasting, so dont except to be able to have a quiet conversation.

I went here with a large group of people. A lot of them got sick afterwards and I got a huge burrito about 90% tomato. If you dont mind the low quality its not badly priced and the service was timely.
