if i could give no stars i would!!!!worst ever ordered a larger fire took us 20mins to see we where never going to get it they where not that busy but they kept saying theres only 2 of us a couple waiting to order stood there for 15min without a word being said to them and they walked right out. we got our money back and left. told the kid I understood he was overwhelmed and that it was okay. Tossed my money on the count and rolled his eyes!!! just horrible place!!!

Hardly understood guy taking order. Repeated multiple times. Had three items and two were a meal. Forgot to include the coney dogg.. Was on I5 south when I looked in bag which was my fault as Corvallis is full of window licking beavers.... Sorry that I ordered a burger AND a hot dogg !!!! Keep going to Eugene. You will be hungrier but get what you order and not have to see overweight hivks with shaved heads in cammo gear. 1 star because there isnt zero star

Horrible experience order my food and ask for no mayo add ranch get my food 25 minutes later. (During the wait I noticed flys all over in the back where they are preping food.) Foods cold and has no tomato no ranch then I ask for ranch the lady gets mad an practically throws it at me. (Its odd that the fry sauce is in the fridge but the ranch that tasted sour is sitting out.) Wouldnt recommend and will never stop here again.

Waited about 15 minutes in line to order a large root very float on a nice, busy summer day. No sense of urgency or customer service from the staff. Flies everywhere. Gross. Left after standing at the counter for 5 minutes & not being acknowledged. This A&W should not even have the same name as all of the great ones in Oregon. Disrespectful to the franchise.

The whole experience was terrible they told us that they were short-staffed we waited in the Drive-Thru for like 20 minutes then we saw more than two people that were working there they were too busy talking to even get our order right they gave us cups that the lids didnt even fit on the cups they were all young this is not ok customer service

Called in to place a order as i usually do and the guy LOGAN picked up the phone and told me he could not help me and hung up the phone so i call back again and he picked up asked why he hung up on me he said cuz he could i ask to talk to manager he said they dont have one and hung up on me again very very rude will not place a order again

Very slow, took 20 minutes to get one freeze. When we went up to ask about it we saw one man working his butt off, one on drive through, and one doing nothing to help. Then we were told no one had even started our drink, and the man who was already very busy made in in about 1 minute. Very inefficient, but the shake was good.

Lost our order, then gave us cold wrong order. 25 minutes later we received our food and drinks. She had a bad attitude and was rude towards is as if we were in the wrong. Food was okay but peach milkshake was awesome! 1 star for yummy shakes.

Every few years I make the mistake of ordering food from this A&W and I am consistently disappointed with how long it takes to receive the food. Its always good, but Holy Cow!, plan on waiting at least twenty minutes for your order.

The food was to be expected from any fast food joint. But the root beer floats are the way to go. The atmosphere is nothing special, a new out of date but thats to be expected for an older fast food joint

Great service, and their hand breaded chicken strips are worth the wait as they are fresh and made to order...wish the A&W near me had the chicken strips. Cant wait to eat there again.
