Been 3 times within a 2 week span. The first two visits our orders were wrong. All 3 trips the rudeness and lack of proper service overwhelmed us. Today we stood at the order counter being ignored for almost 10 minutes until an employee asked us what we wanted in a tone of voice as to say we do not want you here. This attitude had me pause for a quick moment and the employee turned and walked away from us. The only reason we stuck it out was due to our senile companion not understanding anything else but his desire for a burger. We will not be doing business at this location again. I had to give a star. This place is not worth even that.

Its a wonderful place for food and my mother in law loves it because u get treated nice and if they do mess up the let her keep the sandwich or whatever it is and makes her a new one or offers something else and says sorry most fast food doesnt do that Also Micheal Donaghue u have to click the button that says open hours and it will tell u the hours of the store.

Wont answer the phone, keep getting the fax modem after so many rings. Poor customer service Id say. Shouldnt have a phone if youre not going to answer it. Also a couple of months ago paid $.60 for 1 slice of bacon for my dog, used to get 2 slices for that price.

Understaffed,poor customer service. Food is often served not hot. When you go there,youre in for a wait. Its closest to the local movie theatre and the highway exit,so I imagine that is how so many people are duped into coming here. Would not recommend.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers and they only came with one patty. Found a bug on top of the bun. Decided to try again. Milkshakes were curdled and not mixed. All the syrup was at the bottom. Made me throw up. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Best Jack n The Box for miles. Never gets my order wrong. I install for a satellite company so I frequent fast food. If I am driving there way I am stopping. Tastes like the picture looks.

I went there at 1am through the drive through and it took them over 25 minutes to finally serve our food and the food wasnt got and the coke had no carbonation and all the ice was melted!

I waited 30 minutes for 1 jumbo jack. An old man came in 10 minutes after I did, ordered 1 jumbo jack, and they gave him his before I got mine. He was done eating before I got mine.
