Slowest drive through Ive ever seen in my life. Not even crowded, still very very slow service. Only one other car in front of me when I arrived. After waiting for close to 15 minutes we got out and walked inside and asked what was wrong. They then said it was ready after we went in and complained. I went back to my car and waited. The person in front of me was also tired of waiting, and they finally drove away without receiving their food, after having received only their drinks around 15 minutes before. After they drove away, I pulled up to the window. The food (2 burgers and 2 waters) was not ready, the drinks were not ready, and my car was overheating from waiting so long in line. I pulled over to a parking spot and had to shut the car down till it cooled. This is the first time my 50 year old Chrysler has over heated. I had to go inside and get water several times to fill it back up. We also had to walk up and get the food at the window. I have not gone to Canby Burgerville for a few years now, and guess what? Thats right! Ill never go there again! Yes Ill tell everyone I know about my experience when I went to Burgerville, you can bet on it! If you do plan on going, dont drive an old car on a hot day, and I would also pack a lunch before you leave home. Its a long wait! P.S. I went in on March 2nd about 9:00pm and ordered a fish sandwich with cheese, at a cost of $5.59 for just a sandwich. After waiting behind one other vehicle for several minutes I get to the front of the line and paid, the gal there wanted me to pull into the waiting area as it would be some time for my sandwich, I pointed out to her that I was the only one in line and she agreed to let me wait in the drive thru. After several more minutes I receive my sandwich and start to drive away only to discover that the sandwich is ice cold. I go back thru the drive thru asking to have a hot sandwich wait several more minutes to get a sandwich that is swimming in tartar sauce and only marginally warmer than the first one. Since I was already running late at this point I decided to try to eat it anyway. Big mistake could only choke down about 1/2 of the sandwich as it was not only marginally warm but soggy also, I threw the other 1/2 away. I then spent the rest of the night at work sick to my stomach and burping up the awful fish sandwich. All in all this was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had service was marginal and the food was horrible. What a waste of $5.59 I would have been better off to have called a sit down place Dennys or Sharis and spent an extra $4.00 and asked for a to go order the food would have been at least hot and the wait would have been comparable.

I came here on 4th of July because our favorite Chinese Food restaurant was closed. We had the 1/2 lb Colossal and it was amazing. It has been a while since Ive had a food burger. Granted they are not gourmet burgers but they blow every other fast food burger out of the water. Needless to say, this did not feel like fast food. The guy who took our order was very nice and helpful when we asked about the burgers since it was our first time. We are not from Camby but we will be coming in more often because of these burgers.

The food is good but my orders keep getting mixed up. I just got back to work with my food only to discover my Colossal Double Cheese burger was a Turkey Club Dry. Someone obviously got my burger. Time before this I ordered Colossal burgers for myself and some out of town visitors and when I got back to work they were singles. Do not be in a hurry when going through this drive through and check your food. 5/7/15 12:30 pm

When my family moved to Canby 30 years ago, there was no McDonalds or Burger King in town, so other than the drive-up-only DQ this was basically the only sit-down burger joint. I took a liking to their food immediately and still make sure to get a meal there as often as I can when visiting the city. My only gripe is that they took out the kids train-themed play structure years ago during a remodel.

Just got all the way home to see they screwed my order up. Maybe if the guy took a second look at my order instead of throwing it into my car it would have been correct. Waste of an extra five bucks and Ill never go back. Who knew fast food could be as bad as it it pretentious.

Ive been to a few locations, this one is pretty good in overall quality of food. Definitely better quality fast food for the company overall especially since they use more locally-sourced ingredients for their food. Love the rosemary fries!

Not what it used to be. Burgers are bland and no longer carry the same flavor. Maybe they changed beef. Fish and Chips used to be amazing with "Fresh" halibut. Now its a crunchy, oily fish mcnugget. $12.00 for vomit! Never Again!

Overpriced, not very yummy. Anytime I spend over $10 at a fast food place I expect to not be hungry when I leave. Small portions, patties were small and tasteless. The fries were yummy, but the tiny portion size made me sad.

Best milkshake Ive ever had. Fast service. Real blackberries, chunks were small but there still, ice cream was smooth not gritty like most fast food places. Thick how I prefer it. Overall good experience

Usually noticeably friendly when I visit, never gotten my order wrong or gotten confused about a coupon. My wife and I love Burgerville food and this restaurant is always pleasant to visit.
