Dear Sonic, I almost immediately regretted ordering food from your establishment instead of a different vendor located next to you. You had my food out to me almost before i had completed my order, which is kind of cool i guess... but i figured you probably had food sitting around back there that you threw in a bag (which seems unnecessary and wasteful, seeing as im in a food court) and BINGO! upon opening my bag of food, i discovered the fries were mildly warm and kind of stale tasting, obviously had been fried awhile ago, and the burger, also luke warm, with cheese that wasnt even melted, and wilted lettuce. LAME. I mean... i ate it, i was hungry. But chances are, i wont be returning. And not because im a big B who expects more from a fast food chain, i know its fast food, i dont expect 5 star service. But because this isnt the first time ive had this problem.

I seen a lot of bad reviews after I received my food. Not sure if there are new employees or management. The food I got yesterday was hella good. Probably the best burger Ive had from fast food. It was on the same level as Red Robin. It was hot, big and juicy. I had the bacon double cheeseburger. Bomb !!! I wanted to try a shake but I guess the machine was broke. That did remind me of McDonalds. Other than that delicious.

I Googled address for nearest location, drove circles looking for this ...um building, parking lot, a Sonic Drive-in sign at least! Nothing but a shopping mall. Apparently this "Drive-in" location is INSIDE THE SHOPPING MALL FOOD COURT! Who would now that?? This location is horrible for a Sonic Drive in restaurant! Very misleading.

I give it one star since I didnt die! The coney was a freaking disaster.....asked for tots, got fries....the popcorn chicken seemed like it was 2 days under a heat lamp...Im done with sonic in general now....the one in Bonney lake Washington was a train wreck also....they need to clean up their act!

Food is pretty good as always. For how many people they have working today service is a bit slow. Also I know the location is tiny, but no malts, seriously?? The malts at Sonic are the main motivator for me to go to a Sonic. Get malt powder!!

First off cant believe they even use the name drive in at this location. Two both times I tired this place is was very disappointed. Not even as good as there other locations for no reason. Go else where in the good court.

Horrible. All I wanted was a simple oreo shake. Asshat working wouldnt put the damn phone down to take a freaking order. Stood there for 5 minutes while he stared at the order he was waiting to bag.
