Went in tonight around 8:30 pm, yes, I know it is close to closing time but you kids working there need to be a little more attentive. We ordered our food (and your water cups.. well, thats just the dumbest thing Ive seen a restaurant do. My husband ordered a drink with his meal and yall want to charge close to $2 and then give me a 3-5oz cup for me to have water because I dont like Pepsi products! Shame on you! Then look up and see some food that needs to be picked up but no one is saying any numbers, finally my husband walks up there and it turns out its our food.. now Im just really disappointed in this DQ.. then we ordered some ice cream, a Salty Carmel Blizzard and a Hot Fudge Sundae, I took a few bites and I asked if he (hubby)would take a bite because it was kinda a different taste, he said his was the same, like it was mixed with whipped cream, wasnt the best but still ate it. We live about 2 miles from there and by the time we got home, hubby was sick, then it dawned on me, it was like the ice cream had been melted and then frozen again. So needless to say, we wont be going back and its going to be a long night in our household.

Ive come here before and I know now to never come while its busy. I got a "Sierra Mist" drink when it really tasted like water with "bubles" in it... was not soda in my opinion. I said 2 DOGGY DISHES two-three times and they give me this little mini sized cone(they said it was free) but no, I said DOGGY DISHES. I didnt really care If i had to pay for them. If I wasnt holding up a line Id tell them till they got it right. -- Extremely disappointed.

Just ordered two hot dogs, got home to eat and had to spit it out. They were AWFUL!!! I called to tell them that they needed to check the date.....the girl who answered said " Sorry, but thanks for calling." NEVER made an offer to make it better, ie: refund/remake. Extremely dissappointed!!! Ive lived in Canby over 10yrs, spent A LOT of money at this location.....wont be spending any more!!!

Service is not good, I waited in line for about five minutes before having to step away to check on five year old in bathroom. Came back and they were helping someone else, but once they were done the cashier walked away without acknowledging me. I waited another ten minutes before someone asked me if I had be helped, ordered five blizzards and it took them forever to get them out to us!

Standard Dairy Queen. Usually takes a while for them to make your food since they make it to order, but I know that before I go and wont go there if I dont want to wait a few minutes. At least the food has always been hot! DQ has great chicken strips and crispy chicken sandwiches.

Today I ordered chicken strip basket got home and bit Into toast it was hard like it was reheated, same with fries and strips SO disappointed!. I go to DQ because you cook everything fresh so its worth the wait. Not today. Someone new working there?

Slowest drive thru in the west.... Dined in the last time. Dining area was pretty dirty and looked dingy. Almost sat in someones spat out sunflower seeds. On a positive note, the food is usually good and they almost always get the orders right.

Cold food. Waited 10 minutes for 2 hammers and 2 ice creams. Also was shorted on my change back so be sure to check your receipt, called and the female manager there hung up the phone. Go to Oregon city dq for decent food and service.

Cant do zero stars! Food is OK but service and wait time for food is extremely slow, the store is not clean and the manager talks down to employees in front of customers. Ive gone to this store for the last time.

Tastes like Dairy Queen! Staff is not very accommodating to special requests. Wouldnt let me order sprinkles on my blizzard or m&ms on a sundae... And they were a bit rude even tho I asked politely.

Always so slow. Can not figure out why they dont have the cars in front pull over if their order is not ready. Wouldnt that be easier then trying to bring out ice cream orders individually? Hmmmm.

Damn slow drive through (always has been). I mean you could grow a beard, die of starvation, or finish a crossword in this drive through. Go inside! They make great food and better ice cream.

The food is like any other DQ but the service is extremely slow. If theres any sort of line and you arent getting something they can just pull out of the freezer, be prepared to wait.
