I absolutely loved the food at this place but Im conflicted because I feel deceived. Little big burger actually just has little burgers. Where the "big" came from, I dont know because these burgers were about the size of my fist, probably smaller than the average human fist. After I got through the disappointment of the tiny, tiny burgers I actually really enjoyed eating it! I got the veggie burger (not a vegetarian) and it was incredibly flavorful and unlike any veggie burger Ive ever tried. I am a carnivore so I had a bite of my fiances cheeseburger which was also delicious. The menu only gives you the option of burger, cheeseburger, or veggie burger and then you get to pick your cheese. All cheeses are local and the menu will tell you all about the other local ingredients (if youre into that kind of thing). So burger=tiny but big flavor. Lets move onto the french fries. Oh, the french fries! Theyre actually truffle fries, meaning theyre just cooked in truffle oil. Theyre oh so scrumptious. Portions are not lacking when it comes to fries. The one size offered on the menu is a lot, probably could be shared between 2 people if one were eating a normal sized burger. Since burgers are tiny, I suggest you get your own batch! I dont know how to explain the magic that must happen in the truffle oil but you seriously have to try these bad boys for yourself. Honestly, I can say they might be my new favorite french fries. The place also serves a bunch of beer, cool for a fast food joint, and youll find your usual crowd of Pearl hipsters deciding to dine casual for a night. Prices are cheaper than neighboring restaurants, but it is the Pearl and that isnt hard to do. Overall my suggestion is maybe try 1 burger but dont expect it to fill you up and DEFINITELY grab yourself some truffle fries.

Sadly, i do not have the same wonderful things to say about this place.... I have been going to this establishment for about three or four months on very random occasions. When i went for my latest visit, the staff was rude and awkward. The cashier was apparently upset that I had ordered 6 burgers, like it was inconceivable that I might have been getting food for myself and others. Then, i sit down to wait patiently, and keeping in mind the establishment is NOT too busy, as it is Sunday night, every time that i look up, the cashier is standing in almost my immediate vicinity on the other side of the counter.... staring me down. That made me extremely uncomfortable. Now, on the subject of the food... I decided to not only get a bunch of burgers for myself and 2 others, but that today was the day i was going to try the truffle fries. While those fries were quite delicious, getting to them was the big problem. At first, i didnt see the fries in my bag, so i mentioned it to the person who handed me the food. He starts to turn around to get some fries, muttering "sorry" and then snaps back around to face me saying "I think they are on the bottom of the bag"..... WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!? seriously. Why would you put 6 burgers on top of someones one single order of fries? Now this is beside the fact that not a single burger was wrapped sufficiently. I am not saying that I wont be back.... but this experience will definitely be at the top of my mind when i consider eating at Little Big Burger...

Ordered, two cheeseburgers, with different cheeses. Both came with cold, cold buns, bland taste, and smaller than one would realize. They could call them slider burgers but most slider burgers dont come with a quarter pound of beef. Floors were very sticky by the tables in the back, overall the restaurant looked and felt dirty. If you want water, they serve tap water from the sink they wash their hands in (didnt bother me though). Atmosphere overall was okay, blaring varying types of music (from rock to early 2000s house), so to create a nightclub environment, one would think. One other item ordered was the truffle fries, identical texture to Mcdonalds, other fast food joints, yet with the addition of truffle oil. My guess is they add truffle oil to the frying oil. This is most likely synthetic truffle oil, or Olive Oil infused truffle. Also they most likely used black truffle oil which is a more powerful flavor than white truffle oil, long way of saying the fries are an acquired taste and I dont know if I like them or not. Also they have their own fry sauce ( a Utah thing), which I dislike in general. Overall I will not be going back, but recommend one visit to come to your own conclusions.

Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and two fries. The man at the register repeated the order back correctly.(not to mention he seemed like he didnt want to be there) paid a little over 20$. When we got our food, an order of french fries were missing. I talked to the girl behind the counter and she gave me dirty looks and insisted it wasnt rang up. I didnt save my receipt so I wasnt going to argue. Next she cooked the fries and when they were done she said in a snobby manner that our "missing fries" were done. The gentlemen that took our order handed us the bag without even making eye contact and rolled his eyes as he turned around to walk away!! How rude! I work as a server so I know how important customer service is. These guys made me feel unwelcome. Also the burgers were average and I got pieces of ground up bone in my patties twice! I couldve broken a tooth but chose not to complain. I will not be returning. I left the bag of fries they made with 2.75 in quarters for them to chew on. I was so offended!

Brought to you by Micah Camden (Blue Star Donuts, Boxer Ramen, Son of a Biscuit) LBB is pretty much summed up in its name, little 1/4 burgers on brioche buns. The process at LBB has been simplified to make ordering a breeze: Hamburger or Veggie patty; cheese (I usually go for the chevre or blue cheese) or no cheese; and "do you want fries with that?" (Yes, you do! Yukon Gold potatoes, white truffle oil, and sea salt paired with Camdens own homemade ketchup.) Burgers are cooked to order, and can be a little greasy but hey, that what we sign up for when walking into a burger joint. Multiple locations and all have the same layout with seating along the bar in front of the kitchen, or at a table. Can be crowded at times, but usually frees up pretty fast since your not eating a huge burger. Just the right amount of food if youre not staving but if you are, get two burgers or finish off with a root beer float, or an actual beer. Once again, dont pass up on the truffle fries!

We recently went to the Little Big Burger in the South Waterfront. We were excited one finally opened in our neighborhood. We visit the one in the Pearl many times a year. We expecially love their Root Beer floats. However, this is not true in the South Waterfront location. After our order was handed to us (by the new girl) we sat down only to discover there was one little scoop of ice cream in the cup and the cup was only 3/4 full of root beer. She would not make it right as she said she was too busy. Very dissapointing since the other locations pride themselves on the amount of ice cream and a full cup of root beer. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!!! Not sure if I will return. It is a bummer since it is just a block away from us now. We may just continue our visit to the Pearl and forget about the one in our neighborhood until they get it right.
