Not a great experience today. Today I ordered a dipped cone and the employee handed me a dripping cone. When I asked for the employee for one that was not a mess she told me that Id have to wait for another one to freeze up. I asked for a cup to put the drippy one in and they handed me a drink cup (with no soon) instead of a sundae cup. Low standards by the staff - disappointing experience today. They seemed to be more interested in closing up shop than serve customers. I ended up throwing my cone out. Please tell me beforehand that its going to be junk before charging me, or problem solve the product, or offer a refund. The manager was right up front and didnt help, in fact, that person created more of an issue. I couldnt deal with going back since they were obviously in over their heads.

We just moved to the area and were excited that there was a Dairy Queen near by. The first time I went, they gave me my blizzard half way melted.. okay. That sucks but I wasnt going to hold it against them. Then I brought my kids in for cones. They gave me my cone, and forgot my kids. I kindly reminded them, and they proceeded to get he orders for the people behind us and in the drive thru before finally coming back to my order. Rude.

Customer service is friendly and fast to take your order. Being that its DQ yoy have to wait for your food to be cooked since its not held in meat trays but that makes the fiod taste even better. The wait for food is never longer than expected and my order is accurate kjst about everytime really recommend trying this place out

Been here a few times because its the only fast food close to my house, and its never been that great. I just went for the last time. Ordered a chili cheese dog to go, and when I got home and bit into it, the dog was shrivelled and as tough as jerky. It should have been obvious to the person who served it that it was inedible.

The owners pay to have their parking lot patrolled by a towing company. If you leave your car in Dairy Queens lot while it is closed it will be towed. That tells me that the owners are too lazy to call if a car is left their while opened. Not very neighborly or friendly people. I wont be eating at this location again.

Every time I come they rush me to get my order, I cant even take a second to look at the menu. They cant put sprinkles on a cone, yet every other Dairy Queen I go to does. The straw for milk shakes a small straw meant for pop so it is very difficult to drink the milkshake. Poor service overall. Very disappointed.

Great food, nice people, however making people drive around front after they order there food is STUPID! I no longer go to this DQ because of this. It is annoying especially when there is no one behind you in the drive through and you need to exit to the street at the end of the drive through.

To be fair, I went on a super busy day. It was the first hot day of the season, so the place was packed. Service at the counter was great! The ensuing wait for the goodies was not. 30 minutes for 4 ice creams. The drive thru is usually packed, but it was moving faster than the inside.

The service was great. I had an amazing server named Bailey and he made my order go fast and was a very nice kid. Love the restaurant chain and this was my favorite DQ Ive ever been to. Cant wait to come back. It was much better than the one over by Beaverton Highschool.

Depending on when you go it will be busy. Its nice that they have a 5 dollar meal deals now, I love their sundaes! Employees are fairly nice, have encounter a couple of employees that looked like they was having a bad day! It happens...all in all, good place to eat.

The drive thru lady said "order when youre ready", I said hello and she was rude saying" yes Im here". I already had a bad order from a different place. This was my second choice and this place has disapointed me when I was already hungry.

Sorry, as much That I would like to say something nice about it, the Dairy Queen does not meet the criteria for an A type of eatery. Cleanness, service, and final product, are just a few of the reasons I would not recommend eating there.

Very disappointing. We checked the hours to make sure they were open, then drove over to this Dairy Queen, but it was closed an hour early. Fortunately there is a Baskin Robbins close by that was open and had the correct hours posted.

This Dairy Queen is always busy, that usually indicates a good establishment. For fast food, Dairy Queen is very fairly priced with many choices for food. Never had a bad meal at this location, some reviews are very funny for this DQ.

I live up the road from Dairy Queen used to go in there all the time up until recently when the last four to five times my roommate and I have gone in there and gotten really bad service and our food has not been up to par at all

Achingly slow. Good food. Good customer service. I only get the chicken strips basket so thats all I know but those chicken strips are so tender & juicy, the fries cooked to perfection, & the gravy is creamy & comforting.

Yummy food. The place was short staffed but the girl at the counter worked her butt off to get us our food. You could tell the staff cares here. Clean place, ice cream made with special requests. Ill come back for sure!

For what it is (fast food & desserts) its good. Brings back memories as a kid growing up eating dilly bars. This one is always busy so it must be one of the better ones. :) love the salted caramel blizzard.

Slow service because everything is cooked as ordered..burgers take time. The staff is very friendly even when the drive through gets packed with a bunch of hungry hippos and they cant keep up. God bless em.

My childhood dessert haven. Nothing like a Dilly Bar or a Butterfinger Blizzard to beat the Garden Home heat. For higher quality burgers, chicken, etc, head up the street to Burgerville.

I have never had bad service - when they are swamped and really busy - what do you expect?! Food is decent - not a 5 Star resturant - but food is always hot - and pretty much good.

Blizzards are on point, obviously, but wow if this is not the saddest place Ive ever been to. Everyone was sweaty and mad and didnt want to be there. Drive-through is recommended.

I have been going to this dairy queen for over 35years But not anymore. The lady at the window was VARY RUDE. The ice cream is now to expensive. Not worth going there anymore.
