Theyve messed up my order 3 out of 4 times. I refuse to go back because the last time, my friend asked what a specific item was on the menu and then said she would take that. When we got to the window, only my burger was in the bag. Because of the awkward traffic exit, I told her to pull around to the parking lot while I go inside and find out whats up. The lady in the window began to shout at me that we only ordered one burger and that theres no such thing as a "colossal burger" despite my friend reading it off the menu and asking what it was and receiving an answer. So instead of giving us a half witted excuse, they told us that we were lying and that we never even ordered the burger??? I dont know. Never going back to this location.

Really fast service at this burgerville, but theres a reason... I easy at burgerville whenever I visit my family in Portland and I love there food. When I came to this one we went through the drive through and in about three minutes we were driving away with our food. I was really impressed at first, but then I tried my burger... It wasnt horrible, but it was the worst burgerville burger Ive ever had. It tasted like it has been premade and just didnt have the same quality I expect when going to burgerville. Still a lot better than McDonalds though

I really like this location for its interior design and service. They deliver your food direct to the table, then bus the tables after youre done. They always have someone checking to make sure everything turned out well. To be honest, the mens bathroom is designed a bit oddly, with the urinal right behind the door, but it was very clean and well maintained. Last time I went, I had to wait a couple minutes before a cashier came back to take my order, and some orders got mixed up, but they were quick to make amends. Definitely recommended.

I have stopped here a number of times on my way home from work and usually its passable -- sometimes they forget the onions, or put on extra pickles when you said no pickles, but I get it. Its fast food. These people arent paid to care. However, I draw the line at giving me a wheat bun when I asked for gluten free. What would have happened if I had never had one of their burgers before? Gluten poisoning. Its actually a health issue for some people. It means Im out $5.00 with no dinner to show for it. :(

This Burgerville by far has the best tasting food, nicest staff, and best area to eat! The workers were all so polite and I especially liked the amazing brown haired worker Courtney! She was so sweet me when I was taking a while to order and she really made my stay over the top! I have never had someone who was so polite and kind to everyone! She seems to be a hard worker and earns every penny!

The meat on the burger was paper thin, the fries were either over cooked or under cooked and a nasty slimy consistency, the buns were just plain wrong and everything was cold immediately after they brought it to us. I went to Burgerville expecting a certain type of food and quality, and your store did not provide it. I will never be coming back to this location.

I love Burgerville for all the reasons you are supposed to, plus the food is good too. This one is cool because it has play things like wooden blocks for the kids and lower tables at the back near the play area that are more suited to their size. Very friendly staff like most if not all the Burgervilles. For $30 for a "fast food" dinner for 4, they better be.

They said their drive thru was open until 11:00 pm it was marked on the doors of the establishment and they aggressively ignored our car at 10:15 and acted as if they were closed. They wouldnt even open the window to say they were closed the employees just laughed. We will not be returning and we will encourage others to not as well. So rude and so unnecessary.

Rosemary fries delicious! First time Ive ever been impressed with a shoestring fry. Burger was good but would have preferred it without ketchup-which is how I ordered it in drive thru but was made wrong. True that its a little pricey but taste is there and its local, sustainable, non antibiotic and in some items non GMO. 4 stars for that and for those fries..

My boyfriend and I ordered two full meals. One of which is supposed to be plain and dry. We get home and our burgers are almost fully pink and also the other is caked with sauce. They ALWAYS get our order wrong. I absolutely refuse to go here especially serving almost raw meat. That is a health code violation. I hate Burgerville. :)

While I was waiting for my food at the drive-in window, I saw employees in the store playing around. Specifically, I saw a girl grab a straw and show her peer how far she could put it down her throat. She ended up gagging a little. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Like others have said. This place consistanly messes my order up. I think they have to many teenagers talking and not paying attention. They are always nice but that doesnt makeup for 3-5 messes up oders. My family stopped comming here
