I came here because i had a two hour lunch prior to a work meeting and i wanted a tillamook bacon cheeseburger. Ordered the cheeseburger and waited about 20-30 minutes. I then realized they forgot my order so i went up and asked, "wheres my food?" I dont mind waiting, because i am a patient guy. I just wanted to make sure they didnt forget me. After about an hour finishing my food I then see two patrol officers walk in and started talking to the manager, i believe it was the manager. I see both the police and manager looking at me. A moment later, the police encroaches me and says verbatim, "sir, this restaurant is for paying customers, i must ask you to leave." Even though i had paid for my food. I think this burgerville thought i stole food by asking where my order was, and called the cops on me. Because of bad service, this burgerville made the mistake of believing Im a criminal and called the police on a paying customer Also, when i arrived there were 5 staff out front for whatever reason, and a line of about 8 people waiting to order. I was luckily 2nd in line. It took the cook to tell the staff to return.

I usually enjoy Burgerville but as of late their service has been thoroughly disappointing, the last two meat burgers Ive ordered from them have been near-raw throughout the patty, the veggie burger options always come out dry when I order them here and several times theyve messed up basic things in our order. Tonight the cashier specifically asked what type of salad one of our orders was and after confirming we wanted the half-size we were charged and provided with a lackluster full-size salad for 7.50 Definitely do not recommend ordering from this location, Im going to be looking for other Burgervilles nearby from now on.

If you like Burgerville and dont have special instructions for your food, then this is a great place. If you have any special instructions (hold the mayo, for example), please expect that those instructions will be disregarded at least 80% of the time. I love the food from this place when its done right, its just unfortunate that getting my food done correctly is such a hassle. For the record, my hassle of an order is a cheeseburger with only ketchup and mayo. Its not some nightmare-customer scenario at all, and I feel it should be easy enough to hit 100% of the time.

Food is decent, the meat patties are nice and light but NO flavor. Is there even salt and pepper on the beef or nothing at all? 10 bucks for a combo is absolutely insane for a pretty average burger. I saw someone say Cali transplants missing In-N-Out that this will do? HA! Not even close, not even the slightest bit comparable to how delicious In-N-Out is. However, this review isnt about them, its about Burgerville. Its not that great and WAYYYY overpriced. 5 onion rings for 5 bucks are you joking? At least the staff was really nice.

Ive been a customer for 16 years. Ive always paid a premium here but the prices go up up up and quality goes down down down. $10+ for 3 small cheeseburger and a regular shake? When I heard the price I just left and wont be back until prices are back inline. Im sure I wont be the only one. I went to your competitor and got 2 quarter pound cheeseburgers and a great real ice cream shake for $6.17. Id like to keep my money local but this is ridiculous pricing.

One of the few drive-throughs around where you can easily spend $25 for two people. Its always been more expensive than average, but at almost $10 for 3 halibut chunks and some always-limp fries, its become pretty excessive. That being said, still some of the best fast-food burgers around. Most always fresh and hot. Usually fast service. Conspicuously still managed by fat, middle-aged white men while staffed by children and minorities.

Roseanne took our order and was absolutely happy to do so! We ordered a ham and cheese sandwich on a gluten free bun in a kids meal for my daughter and it was no problem at this location. Where as it has at all other. We also were declined oatmeal at other locations even just after 11am, and this BV made us oatmeal without apprehension even for dinner. By far the best service out of all BVs and Every. Single. Time! 5 stars 2 thumbs!

Good local-ish Portland burger joint. Burgerville definitely tries to use seasonal ingredients, tries to have a varied menu that uses local ingredients and is more than just a typical burger and fries. Their deep fried asparagus and garlic dip is delicious! Also, their fresh, seasonal strawberry milkshakes are phenomenal (but dont get me started on the calorie count!). Good for a treat, but not everyday food.

The manager, Yury I believe it is spelled, is seriously the kindest, most helpful and professional manager I have ever come across. He genuinely cares for the people and seems to enjoy interacting with the community. He seems to also take the time to hire employees who are kind and caring. Plus, their service and presentation, as well as the food itself, far surpasses other Burgerville locations

I like... but really only for a few items. To grab a cheesebuger ad fries.. it works. The rest of the menu is good... not arguing that... just that the prices are unreal for fast food. You can get better food at sit down restaurants... with ease. Id love to expand the menu but holy smokes... you can drop $15 a person without blinking and still feel like you need a few bites of something.

There are rats wondering around while your i the drive through line, cold poor a** over priced burgers. And yes they do sit in a warmer and are never fresh. Nothing but high school drop outs and addicts that work there......Seems like everyone is high, not that much of a shocker. It would be easier to raise the cow and kill it your self.

I dont know that I get the appeal of this place to so many locals. To me its just another burger joint who has good fries and good milkshakes. Im not overly impressed with the burgers themselves as the few times Ive gone meat was overcooked and a little greasy. The fish and chicken are decent alternatives to the burger.

The food was fine, but the building interior was very dirty. The floors were sticky, the chairs were sticky, the tables were sticky and all other surfaces were either sticky or looked dirty. The place needs regular deep cleaning and new management. I am a Burgerville fan from way back...but no more.

Prices are outrageous! $50 for 3 cheese burger baskets and fish and chips. Over $5 for a shake that is a small size everywhere else. Complete rip off. Ask for a refund, it takes 5 days they say. DONT EAT HERE ANYMORE. Surprise price increases. Nothing good to say here. Not worth the money.

It was hit and miss. I had food items that were not brought after I paid for them. The employees didnt seem considerate of the issue, but rather inconvenienced by us. Only reason this has three stats is because I wont hold this experience against all the employees. Definitely needs improvement!

ordered rosemary shoestring potatoes, got regular thin fries w/ no rosemary... then when I asked about it the man insisted several times that these were the rosemary ones. annoyed to have paid the markup for something i didnt get and to have been talked over.
