If you think Im giving this Pizza Hut 4 stars because the pizza was amazing, Im sorry. Its quite solidly thick, greasy, and well proportioned American fast food filler with fresh but cheap and bland ingredients. Honestly, its Pizza Hut! Im giving it 4 stars because it did exactly what Pizza Hut is supposed to do. It provided the take out pizzas I ordered exactly to spec on open school night when I didnt have time to cook. The pizzas were ready right on time. They were hot. The kids ate them. They cost $20 for 2 large pizzas. I ate a piece. One piece was plenty. Why didnt they get 5 stars for doing exactly what theyre supposed to? There was some small confusion when picking them up. My name is Adam but for some reason they were under the name Jarol (?). Im sorry Jarol if I snagged your pizzas. But I doubt Jarol actually exists because one of the pizzas was custom and a custom I doubt anyone else has ever ordered there. I really wanted to give you 5 stars after reading the reviews saying the pizza was cold or took too long. Pizza was hot and timely. But, Jarol from Adam? 4 stars it is.

Tried ordering twice for a work meeting. The first time we placed our order hours in advance for delivery at 7:30pm, our meeting start time. Pizza showed up around 7:50pm. After calling pizza hut they told us we would have our name entered in the system and recieve $10.00 off our next order. Tried pizza hut again and they dont have record of our $10.00 credit we were supposed to recieve. They eventually gave us $5.00 off. The pizza was late by almost 15 minutes. When I tried calling back I only got a busy signal. If they were more reliable we would continue to order from them but late pizza two times and lack of concern/credit from management has discouraged us from returning.

One of the most unwelcoming experiences we ever had. Walk in, get sat down in a booth with our two menus. No asking what to drink etc. 20 minutes or so goes by. Multiple families came in. All sat down, served drinks and got their orders... Generally I will never point this out. But it was blaintently obvious! Only white folks in the place, minus 1 employee, and completely ignored.... If we were a non-white family treated that way. There would have been a scene! Never have we experienced such obvious racial favoritism in a business. Like we have in this pizza hut location.. Never see this in any other place. Thankfully Arbys was near by, an everyone was treated equally!

Messed up our order, called immediately after receiving order and was told a credit was going to be placed under my account. Went to use the credit today toward a new order and voila it was nowhere to be seen and nobody seemed to know who I spoke with (how convenient). Not the first time we have had problems with this restaurant with an online order. Manager was rude, have emailed the DM so hopefully Ill just get a refund and move on. Dont waste your time with these people! Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere and they dont pay attention to how stuff is made

Worst experience ever! My family sat down and we got our drinks, then our waitress literally forgot about us. After 20 minutes I had to go up to the counter and order. 30 minutes later my wife and I got our pizza but they forgot to make my sons cheese pizza. So, we were like, do we eat in front of him or wait. So, we waited 20 minutes and ate our cold pizza while he ate his. This place is crap. If you like BS horrible service and a dirty place that smells like burning oil, this is the place for you.

Decided to give them another chance and try the hot dog crust pizza. TERRIBLE. The app said that the pizza would be there in about 30 minutes, but it was more like an hour. The pizzas crust was soggy and nothing was hot. Their food still not any better. I understand the apps delivery time was an estimate, but if its going to be completely wrong, dont bother giving an estimate. Havent ordered Pizza Huts food for five years, never going to again.

i was talking to Aisha and asked her if they have banana peppers and she said yes so i asked for some and i made a comment about dominos in woodburn or that they say they will bring them but never do and she stated i will personally put them in there for you and by my surprise i did get my banana peppers finally so thank you Aisha

Pizza hut is awesome staff are friendly and seem to really enjoy their job! They were very intentive and the food was brought out within a reasonable time concidering it was packed. I wasnt even upset but they still offered me a discount. They are all awesome 5 stars guys keep up the good work!

Really dirty! Went there for lunch years ago and the same food covered shades hang over the windows. Seats are torn and carpet needs replaced. No lunch buffet on Sundays! They most popular day for buffets. Water tastes gross and service was bad. Even the pizza was worst Ive ever had from them.

Bottom of the barrel customer service I feel sorry for the poor folks that have to work here. Imcompetance doesnt even describe the level these folks are on they dont even comprehend how to take a credit card payment. Buhlinda the manager didnt know that AMX cards have 15 digits smh.

Walked in on an impromptu dinner outing. Service was great, the staff were super friendly, outgoing and overall pleasant. Clarified a question I had without me asking. Food was excellent...way better than any pizza hut in Salem! Will definitely be going back here again.

Very busy and the wait time was shorter than I anticipated. . Pizza (personal meat lovers) was a carry out and it was very good. Will definitely order from Pizza Hut in Woodburn Oregon when I get a pizza craving again.
