First off, no one was there to take my order. I had to wait several minutes even though two guys were standing up by the register talking. Then I get a guy that comes up from the back. He looks like he would rather be any where except there. He puts my bowl together and we get to the other end. No one is at the register and he has to call for cash. After a little while a young lady walks from what I can only assume is the restroom... washes her hands and completes my order. As I am eating I witness this same scenario play out with every single order for the next 10 or 15 minutes. Oh, not to mention I get to my seat and find more fat than meat in my bowl and It is all lumped upon two pieces, this is NOT Barbados guys!!!

I have been going to Chipotle 6 to 7 times a week for over 10 years now. But lately I have been considering taking my business to Qudoba. The size of the bowls at Chipotle are getting smaller and smaller. This week the amount of rice they gave me wouldnt have filled one of their guacamole to-go cups. Even after asking for extra rice there was maybe 1/4 cup of rice in the bowl. Qudoba is already offering more value for your money. But when a $7 bowl at Chipotle doesnt even have enough food to cover the bottom of the bowl I have to decide if I try a different location or leave Chipotle all together.

You are chipotle. Being out of 2 major things 2 hours before closing is unacceptable. After I put an entire burrito (waited on rice 5 minutes) together no guacamole. Which is fine Im an understanding, but the B**** at the counter basically said tough when I asked if they had any. VERY Bad customer service tonight. I will never eat at this one again.

My friend ordered the taco kids meal. If you want a different meat other then chicken they literally charge you extra to switch spoons and give you a different meat. So instead of going to Chipotle again, I will just go to waterburger.

A good Chipotle location, they have fast service and the food is good. I would give it 4 stars but I feel the value for what you get for your dollar falls a little short. I think I get a better value at Qdoba.

Great food as usual at Chipotle. This is my favorite Chipotle in Tulsa due to its employees and location. Despite my unusual requests, they always get my order done as fast as I can give it to them.
