I like this place just fine. However... You DESPERATELY need to do something - AND NOW - about the sewer gas stench that flows out of the mens restroom into the entire back of the restaurant. It is PUNGENT! I have REPEATEDLY pointed out to management, that the p--trap in the drain is going dry, and they need to at least pour water in it. Every time Im met with blank stares and condescending nods. Does a guy need to call the Health Department? My return visit, on February 18th 2014, reveals that absolutely NOTHING has been done about the eye-stinging sewer gas. It hits you the moment you walk into the restaurant, and the meeting room at the back of the restaurant is so pungent you cannot sit in it. It is beyond belief that this is allowed to go on.

The staff was mediocre (albeit not bad) and my latte was burned, but, one doesnt go to Panera for a latte, and I didnt have a sandwich at this location. What I will say is that the vibe of the place was great! The colors were a little more muted than at the other Panera I frequent, the furniture was comfy, the music was good jazz, and the crowd looked like good people. What a wonderful place to sit and use the wifi for a couple hours. Ill be back, and if my coffee isnt burned the next time or if the sandwiches are as good as most Paneras, Ill be back a lot.

This Panera is not as good as most I visit. Girl at counter seemed indifferent and when I complained about my sandwich, the manager seemed to want me out of her way, did not empathize at all with me. I think the turkey, cheddar, and apple sandwich is terrible (bitter). Also, restaurant was dity, staff did not seem friendly or seem to expend much effort in being pleasant or even caring about customers.

I like Panera in general. Panera restaurants are all decent in my view. The quality of their coffee is far better than StarBucks. Their locations range from fairly small and austere to big comfy sitting chairs and a real fireplace. This location is very nice, free wifi as always, but not as extravagant as sitting in a plush chair with the smell of burning maple logs and the crackle of a warm fire.

I have yet to order there and get my order correct. Like today I ordered a Greek salad only to take it back to work and realize I got an Asian salad. While their food is good I would say always check your bag, because something is probably missing or wrong. Their food is really good I just wished I got what I ordered.

Good food, helpful and polite staff, and wifi. Its a very popular location and you might have to wait in line for a few minutes during the lunch hour, but they usually have enough staff to keep the line moving.

Not a good coffee experience recently. Two consecutive pots of Hazlenut coffee had coffee grounds in them. They eventually got it right on the third pot. They did get the two orders of oatmeal correct though.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been too. Order 3 dozen bagels 2 weeks in advance and somehow they lost the entire order. Not sure how this place is run but my guess would be not well

Love the Asiago Bagel, wish they would bring back the Sun-dried tomato spread though. This location currently undergoing construction but doesnt take away from the friendly people.

Green goddess salad is my obsession right now. Food is always good. I like the option of ordering on a kiosk if lines are long. Nice outdoor seating.
