Usually this location is excellent for good service, cleanliness and great food; however my friend and I went Feb 27th 2014 at 8 pm to have a meal. When we walked in we noticed there were only three couples there, so it wasnt busy. We stood and waited to be seated for about 5 minutes and then decided to give it a couple more minutes to see if anyone would assist us, so we walked over to the salad bar. There was an employee standing right at the counter and she never said anything to us, another employee standing a few feet away never acknowledged us either. Did they see us…yes. Were they busy…no. Even something small like saying “hello and I’ll be with you in a moment” would have been nice. But we were both ignored. In addition, the salad bar looked horrid with food thrown all over the counter. Finally after 7 minutes of standing there we simply turned and walked out. I still think it’s a great place to eat, but I think I would be making some serious changes regarding the employees and the overall cleanliness to this food establishment based on what we saw and experienced the other night. Perhaps it was just a bad night for workers! Today March 1, I spoke via phone with a manager and told him of our displeasure. He said that heads would roll and guaranteed me that something would be done.

Was seated, brought our drinks and never came back to take order. No Service!! After about 40 minutes we went to ask if they would come take order and they did,but when asked how long it would be before we got our order was told at least an hour as call in orders came before people eating in. There was only 2 tables with people, and one of them was us. I would not suggest you eat in Coffeyville Pizza Hut. Salad bar was horrible, with food from other food in on top and lettuce looked like it had been there for days. We went in around 7:00 p.m. and left a little after 8:20 P.M., and still did not eat. We went to Brahms to eat. (4 adults and 3 children). Pizza Hut needs New management, or more help that actually wants to serve people.
