I was not happy with my service at pizza Hut at all tonight..showed up a little after 8pm there was one other table (of four I believe). My boyfriend and I sat there for a good 5 minutes waiting for our waitress to get us drinks she took our order..a simple pizza and wings..by the time we got our wings my drink was gone and our waitress was taking personal calls and talking to the other employees I asked the lady who brought us our wings if we could get our pizza to go. After waiting for Id say a good 15 or 20 minutes she brought us our pizza (our waitress still to busy with her social gathering) we went to pay. Our waitress then proceeds to tell me her husband had called her about dinner and her son..

Staff was very curtious and polite... Although I have not visited a Pizza Hut in several years.. I believe that their products have become less flavorful.. This is in no way blaming the staff... They can only work with what they are provided with..

Poor service as in not being checked on. Going up to get a box and waiting 5 min. Wait for check, wait for cashier.... pop was full glass of ice and maybe 1/4 of pop. Left no tip because service so poor

Called to find out about the half price pizza if ordered on line. Staff said that they didnt honor this promotion. Seems like they missed the boat. Caseys pizza sure is good
