Turns out its inside the Mutual of Omaha building. After paying for parking and finding it inside I found out this is actually a Chickfila "express" and not a legitimate full staff Chickfila. It was around 2pm when I arrived and there was no one to be found. I searched for any sort of business hours but never found anything of the sort. It seems to me that all this location does is cater in food from another location and serve that over a few short hours for the Mutual of Omaha staff. I dont understand why this is even a result on Google

This is the first time I have ever been to Chick fil A. Overall the food was very good. The chicken was very tender and juicy and flavorful. I would definitely go back. One downside about the visit was we saw an employee who was preparing food checking his cell phone with gloved hands and went back to preparing food without changing his gloves.... If anyone sees the same thing in the future please call him out so it doesnt happen again....

Never been to this restaurant. Tried it and hated it. Waste of money and it was a horrible price for horrible food. They make you get your own food and dont help you to know what is good or so so. When I went 4 tables were a mess and a worker was on their phone while trying to sweep but it didnt look clean like it should have been.

One word, express. the food was alright but i went there for the famous chicken salad sandwhich with waffle fries and a milkshake. i was sooo dissapointed since i had been talking up both of the items that werent available. i almost wish it would have stayed private instead of getting my hopes up.

There needs to be, at least, one open to the public. Gaurantee this would a very profitable establishment and addition to the Omaha, NE area. My wife and I personally would eat there daily to every other day. Awesome place to eat. "Build it and they will come"

This is not a full chick-fil-a. They have a limited menu and run out of items frequently. The service was good but we were disappointed that it wasnt a true restaurant. No drive thru either.

Food was simply not very good. Soggy waffle fries, wrap that was not put together well, etc. Staff was not very helpful, but they were happy to be there which is why they get a good rating.

I would rate this better if there were more options as for food! Its only the express menu & only employees at the insurance company have access to it. The only one in Nebraska.

Closed during hours the website says it was open. Drove forever, paid for parking, left hungry. Cant get worse than that.
