If I could have given you zero stars I would have. Filthy, no service, brown lettuce and our waiter had to wait for someone to make time to make tea for him since he didnt know how. Still tipping the waiter but your support staff could actually do something to help out. Seems like this place has really taken a dive in the last few years. Youve got your work cut out for you.

I called in an order for hand tossed crust and was served a rgin cracker crust. It was very disappointing. They offered to make a new one but we didnt want to wait to eat. Our pizza should have been free but it wasnt. They gave 7 dollars off order but still cost us bout 11dollars.. Needless to say we left the rest if pizza sitting on the table. Didnt take it home.

Pizza Hut keeps dropping farther and farther behind. The recipe is old. Its not "tried and true" or even any good. Crust feels stale even when its fresh, and dont expect it to last more than a couple hours in a refrigerator. We need a Dominos desperately around these parts.

Skip the dine-in or allow an extra hour. Wait staff struggles on basics and kitchen staff likes to complain loudly about not wanting to be there. Carryout placed online is always timely and accurate.
