My family and friends have gone to this location several times. For a while, we were weekly customers. During thise times thevstaff was friendly and food fresh. Hiwerve after work around 12:30am I had gone there to get a burger, tacos, drink and fries. It ro55ok about 15-20 minutes for me to get my food. I didnt mind waiting because I like hot fresh food. However, tge fries were cold....not warm, but cold! The person working the window (I believe manager) appologized and asked me to move forward. She said she would bring my food out to me. I waited there for about 10-15 minutes. I recieved hoter fries and when I arrived home I gave my husband his burger and I could bit believe it but, the guy cooking did not put my burger inbetween the buns. There was lettuce, pickles, onions but no burger!!! I called and the lady said she believes me because I was not tge only one. She said if i brought it back i coukd get a free burger, but tgat is ridiculous!!! A burger does not replace the gas in my car, over 25 minutes i had to wait for food and yet I still fod not recieve my correct order! I have nit been back since, the new night crew seems unable to fill a simple order.

Went there and despite it being a 24 hour store they were "closed" at 3:50 for a computer update. Dude said it would take until at least 4:30. I drove across town to try them because I was tired of the only other two 24 hour joints and I work nights. Guess I learned my lesson. Dude also didnt know exactly when this happened either. Protip: Dont advertise 24 hours if you close for almost an hour at random points to update your computers. Also, get a better computer system or stagger the updates so you dont have to close down.

Most annoying dirve through person ever, i was gonna place a big order went there, and she was like is that all ? is that all? im like Hell let me look at the menu for a second.. Finally after saying i wanted 2 tacos and she went Is that all " for the 4th time i gave up and said screw it No No thank u if your that dumb to not shut up and let me order then i dont want food from u

Service is slower than the other fast food places, but, duh, the food is made fresh, always. So no complaints here. Service is great, though I mostly just go evenings, so mornings Ive not tried yet. They can be a little pushy about their feedback tickets, but its understandable, considering the part it plays in customer satisfaction.

Waited for a half hour on Friday night to get our food which we only ordered three items. it was ridiculous. Ive been all over the country and this is by far d slowest Jack in the Box I have ever been to. I will not go back Im very dissatisfied.

Had to wait for the BATHROOM cuz both stalls were locked n both faucets running n no one even in there!! They were NASTY besides that n then waiting n waiting n waiting n they wouldnt even spot me a dang soda..... SCREW THAT... NEVA AGAIN!!

There service has went down hill in the last month since the Hispanics are taking it over after midnight waited 12 min at the order screen and never got noticed had two cars at the window with their engines and lights off

graveyard shift is always 100% spectacular. I always come here after I get off work around 2/3 AM. Everyone is always very cool and sweet. Ive never had a bad experience and Ive been going for 2 or 3 years now.

Worst experience. Came here and ordered chicken strip combo, got home(very excited to eat my chicken tenders) and I look in my bag and there is 3 egg rolls and no chicken strips. Furious, absolutely furious.

The lady who runs the drive through late at night is great and a hard worker. Shes so busy but yet she still finds the time to be friendly. Keep her!!
