Five Guys sell a tasty, straightforward burger at a good price. If you have never eaten there before, the standard burger comes with two big patties of beef, and the "little" burger has one. I have only ordered the little burger, and it is plenty of food. If you order a burger with two patties, you probably have two meals worth of food. The fries are, compared to the burgers, a relative weak point. Theyre good but not great. Furthermore, they give you way too many of them. A regular order of fries would probably be plenty for three people, and lot for two. As a result, they tend to be a bit on the expensive side. Selling half orders of fries suitable for one would be a good choice. They also sell cajun fries, which were quite spicy when I ordered them, almost too much so. Burgers are one of my favorite foods, in part because you can do some very interesting things with them. Although Five Guys do have a lot of topping options available, they tend to be relatively mundane. All the standard choices are the there, but nothing really unique. Do you want bleu cheese and mushrooms on sourdough? French fried onions and horseradish? Youll need to look elsewhere for the more creative options. Still, what Five Guys do with burgers, they do very well. The burgers are tasty, and actually reasonably priced compared to fast food burgers. If you know what you want, theres definitely a good value proposition to be had at the restaurant. For these reasons, I have rated the food quality as "Excellent" despite my earlier caveats. Its good stuff.

Used to be good, Large Fry now half the size May 2016. Yes it was grossly overpriced and now even more so. And boy do I look like an idiot now after referring them to people. My argument was the fries, I would tell people you could take two large fries from anywhere and put them together and it still would not match five guys size - well I have to quit saying that now. Before: the large fry WAS so big you could not even see the burgers in the bag with them. Went yesterday (5/24/16) and its now about HALF THE SIZE! I even asked b/c I was shocked, I thought they gave me the small.. but nope, their large fry is indeed smaller now. But... the $5 price IS STILL THE SAME!!! Also the cajun powder was not even mixed in, they just threw it in the bag, must not have even shaken it. Ok, so the high price is still the same, $20 for 2 burgers and large fry but now the fry is dinky, really chinced. BTW you can go to Roadhouse for twenty bucks! Want a good burger? Try Bionic Burger (order with raw onion unless you like them sauteed) or West St Burgers for half the cost. Also the owner is not there anymore, I would say the quality has steadily went downhill for the last couple years since he quit coming in. Also the free peanuts are terribly stale; Roadhouse peanuts are way better.

Youre kidding me right? 5 stars? OK, who did you 5 guys get to post the reviews for them? Im so not kidding... the patties, small at best and fall apart, buns, so so but hello sesame seeds, could you pile more seeds on it? Ill make this a short story or itd be way to long... cashier said and I quote " were crazy generous with our fries, the regular will feed 3-4 people" at $3.30 a wack just for fries, this guy so missed the bus, literally no bigger or better than a large at McDonalds and near twice the price... was 2 seconds away from saying something... talk about seriously disappointed... total bill was just shy of $16 for 2 burgers and a fry.... could of gone to Applebees for less and not been so let down by this place.... an ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! I hope this save someone else from waisting their time and money.... Benn Pearce.... a very disappointed non future customers...

Ive loved Five Guys for some time; I moved from Albuquerque and always loved them there; I took my brother whod never been to Five Guys, and told him he had to get it with bacon. Somebody forgot the bacon, simple mistake, so I go up to the counter, where every one of them are helpful. I am greeted by both a Stephen and Manager Levi. They asked me whether I wanted them to remake it. I didnt want to be demanding so much as to have them remake the whole thing, but they had no problem doing so, plus my brother was going to have to sit there without his food while I ate in front of him. I will always go back to THIS branch specifically because of this kind of service. Thats what makes you all great---that and the glorious food. I dont think theres any beating Five Guys.

I find the burgers delicious anyhow, but the personality and feel of the overal visit really topped it off. They were busy of course, and that didnt stop the young lady behind the counter from keeping her team highly motivated moving and on top of every customer that passed through the door. I dont think in my entire visit one customer waited in more than 60 seconds. Very impressed customer.

We submitted an online order when we left home, a 30 minute drive, because we were in a hurry and wanted our food to be ready to go. When we arrived our order wasnt even started. So we sat down and while we were waiting, another 20 minutes causing us to be late, the kitchen staff was cussing and making lewd references. We will not go back to this location now.

This has to be the slowest Five Guys Ive ever seen. Im not sure if theyre understaffed or what, but something isnt quite right. At least the employees are generally friendly enough. Call-ahead and internet orders seem to come from nowhere, and put a strain on things.

Five Guys is a great fast-food hamburger experience. My wife went to the famous Five Guys location in Washington, DC, and she said the food is very comparable at the locations here in Wichita, KS. A simple menu, with good quality ingredients. My family loves it!

My first experience. Paid over $7.00 thinking it included fries for that price. Had to wait 15 minutes and customers who came in after me had their order before me. WTHeck!!! No fries included. Over priced and way, way to long of a wait. Ill NEVER go back.

Yummy burgers and a TON of yummy fries. Its one of the very few places where I eat the burger first because they are too good to wait until Im done with my fries. Plus, there are so many fries, I would be full before I got to the burger!

Its definitely delicious! Their "Little Burger" is so not little, and I LOVE that I can request all of the toppings I want. The cajun fries are slightly too spicy for me, but theyre probably the perfect amount for spice lovers!

They are consistently the best burgers in town. Fresh, hot, and delicious. The store is always clean as well. Staff friendliness is hit or miss but their efficiency makes up for what service occasionally lacks.
