Dislike this store & the "shift leader". We walked in and ordered our sandwiches they were out of meatballs up front so the man helping us asked her if she could grab some from the back, she said "no theyre frozen" Then we ordered a pizza, they were out of those up front as well, the poor guy asked her if she could grab him some and she yelled "Im not even on the clock" but she did go look and said they were out of those. Then I hear her say to the other two employees "I hope youre prepared for me to walk out" and as I was paying for the sandwiches she was on her phone telling someone (very loud) that she was just ready to walk out and if she did she wouldnt be coming back. Well lady, from the look on the other 2 employees faces...they wouldnt mind!

Horrible service. I typically keep to myself but that will be the last time I got to this Subway. Asked for a chicken bacon ranch and got hardly any chicken and the lady was so busy pushing my order aside that she just scooped whatever she could out of the chicken and moved on. Then I asked for a water cup from the checkout lady and she handed me a cup laying on the counter where you pay and money is exchange ( not in the designated holding place). Only one left. I said, " is this the only one you have" all she said was "yup" rudly, I put the cup back on the counter and left. Id rather not have. Dirty cup off a counter thats frequently used. Too bad it was their only one.

I would give this location 10 stars tonight if I could. The two young ladies working in the store were extremely friendly and very nice. Whomever owns all of the Subways in Georgetown youre doing an outstanding job with your employees. Thanks for the excellent service as always.

Ive visited this location numerous times over several months. The store is always clean, the staff washes their hands often. The the food has always been super. Im going back tomorrow. Smiles

This is my go to Subway since its close to my work. Customer service is on point, and veggies are always fresh. Ive never had to wait longer than 10 minutes from when I enter to when I leave.

Closed early on a Saturday. Website states theyre open until 2am on a Saturday night, the whole store was dark and empty at 1:20am.
