The instant I pulled up to the drive through speaker it was HORRIBLE and went down hill from there. An employee named Michael (on Sat. June 7, 2014) came on the speaker in the drive through to "greet" me, as most fast food places do. My greeting, in a very agitated tone was "HOLD ON". I get to the window.... he slams the window back, and has a crap-tastic attitude when he told me my total. It all went to hell in a hand basket in the beginning, and got worse as it went along. He could not have been agitated from being busy. There were no vehicles behind me, and only one in front of me. This is not the first bad experience Ive had with them. The food is usually wrong, and Ive received fries that had no warmth to them what-so-ever. I would not recommend a rabid animal eat at that DQ. The owners need to clean house of idiot, rude, lazy, uneducated employees.

Management is very rude. As soon as I walked up he was rude to me and acted as if I was more of a bother than glad to see customer here. There is only 4 people here and I just heard the way the manager spoke to one of the customers, the man was going to order something and he walked away and said nevermind I dont want nothing and the Manger didnt even try to stop the man no wonder there is only 4 people in here. Hire up Management needs to be informed about this place. I could have spent $ 10.00 and enjoyed my food somewhere else this was nasty.the bread wasnt even toasted. He needs to get some tips from the manager on Waco Dr. Now he knows how to treat his customers. .. Ill never come again. They need a new manager.

Ive never waited so long for ice cream. When we sat down the only ones there, and 16 minutes later, everyone in the drive through had been serviced, and about 4 cars after that. Soon more people started to enter the building and almost immediately get their food. 10 minutes after that we just went up to the counter and the computer said another 16 minute wait. After that, we decided to get our money back.

just left this place will never go back there again 21 minute wait for my single order and when guy name Michael bring my order i ask him some package of hot sauce and plastic bag and he just tossed far right side of counter plastic bag and package of hot sauce very bad attitude

Arrived at 9:57 with a group to get blizzards in order to help contribute to the Childrens Miracle Network and "workers" said it was 10:12 and closed. Poor customer service along with many other dairy queens.

PHONE IS ALWAYS OFF THE HOOK WHEN WE TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR QUICKER PICK UP. THESE PEOPLE WORKING AT HEWITT DQ OBVIOUSLY HAVE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK! NOBODY STAYS ON THE PHONE FOR 3 DAMN HOURS!!!

I love this DQ. Good burgers, good chicken strips, awesome fries. Might have to wait if youre in drive-thru. Ice cream is tasty, good brownie etc chunks, just melts fast. We are repeat customers.
