Whelp, Im editing this review again... CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE-THROUGH!!!! The last several times Ive gone my order has been wrong. Again, management is nice about it and fixes it, but its incredibly annoying getting home only to realize youre missing items, the things you got arent what you ordered, and now you have to drive back to the store and wait in the drive-through again. (Old edit) Im editing my review because theyve really stepped up their game. I havent gotten an order wrong in a very long time and their service has been great. Nice people and the foods great. Management seems really awesome and takes care of their customers.

A 5-star rating for a Taco Bell? What? Seriously, though. They have working wifi, and its been recently renovated. The big table in the middle also has outlets IN the table, on each end of it. I come here when I need to get out of the house and away from distractions, to get work done. Its cheaper than everywhere else, and you can get stuff done without worrying about battery life. The staff is good, too, and Ive seen management there more than I thought I would, so theyre keeping an eye on the place.

You would think with every single review of this place being bashed about how long it takes to receive your order that management would take hold of the issue. This place is only 1/4 mi from my house and I will be driving across town to use the other establishments who seem to have their employees trained on the concept of "fast" food. 20mins waiting time when Im the 2nd car from the window...and its consistently an issue. I would leave 0 stars but this made me leave 1.

The nighttime manager at this location is very nice. I went thru drive-thru tonight and my order got messed up. The manager was very sorry and took care of me. Because of the manager being so awesome I wanted to give him praise on here. Unfortunately I have them back my receipt or I wouldve done the survey and I didnt get his name but kudos to great customer service!! Thank You

Can i give a no star rating? After messing up my to go order i get home the pizza was smashed to hell, they didnt give my box and they refuse to answer a local call during business hours so i could warn them of my return and so my order will be corrected by the time i get back since it was a 1am order and they close at 2am. First and last time going to this place

Pulled in the drive through at 11:47 to order ONE taco, the systems were "down" and they "couldnt take any orders." Yes, I know you close in 13 minutes, and I would never do that at an actual restaurant, but its taco bell, either you are incredibly lazy, or someone needs to be fired for not taking care of this situation. Its happened more than once.

When the biggest announcement in a while came out for Taco Bell (quesolupa) came out "their computers were down for 20 minutes" and lights outside were turned off, but the other side of town at robinson and 12th were backed up with 8 cars in line. Has been my first terrible experience at this specific Taco Bell. All others are great tho!

I work nights and I have tried several times to order food from this location and seems they always have a problem and cant order I have to find another place this store is terrible if u work late they dont close tell 4am on Friday and went at 1am and had to go somewhere else bc they said it would take 30 min wtf

I always get very polite service and had no problems for years, but the past several months things are left out of my order after waiting in line for way too long in the drive-thru. I hope they shape up because I dont want to have to find a late night fast food when needed.

If the right manager is in duty, I have 5 star experiences every time I visit. The food is freshly prepped, hot, and tasty. However you cant always catch him while hes there, in which case the food is mediocre or worse and some items on our orders dont get in the bag.

By far and away the BEST taco bell location Ive ever been to. There may have been some manager or policy changes since the last few bad reviews. This place made two of the best Chalupas Ive ever seen or tasted, they were advertismemt quality.
