I have been a fan of DQ ever since i was very young and the franchise still had the games inside it that would let you win certain meals depending on how good you were and I can honestly say that in all the years ive been eating out this is by far THE WORST place ive ever had the displeasure of eating at. First off the food conditions are atrocious. The food preparing is unhealthy considering none of them change out their gloves when they handle raw meat, cleaning utensils, chemicals, and yes thats right, your food. The 3 times I have eaten at the establishment the tables were not well kept and had food on them that looked like it had been there for weeks. The bathrooms smelled like they had never seen bleach, pine sol, or any other cleaning chemical. But I would have to say what really set off my appetite is the management. Not only did the workers get my order wrong 2 of the 3 times i went there but every time i received my food and sat down to eat I heard and saw a disgusting site. An immensely obese woman was yelling at her male employees like they were dogs. The place was relatively busy but she was sitting in the back where her office was rather than help her fellow employees. What was worse was when she came up to the front of the restaurant to talk with whom i figured to be a relative of hers (possibly her husband) and she was flinging the N word around like it was perfectly ok to do so. 3 strikes and your out DQ, im done eating at DQ in Waco, Tx.

We were fourth in line at the drive through and nobody was parked in the lot, ordered a shake and a blizzard, spent so long waiting in line that we died of old age, which made it much harder to enjoy our ice cream. Not sure if someone was training or what happened but it was ridiculous, if wed had anything better to do we wouldve left. That said, it was pretty good. Seemed clean. They were friendly. So Ill give them 3 for now, might go up or down depending on our next visit.

I Order the Hunger Buster meal, and the french tasted like they been cooked in chicken grease. The Dr Pepper was flat. When I called the manger was very rude. She told me it must be time to change the grease, and she was drinking a Dr. Pepper it tasted fine to her. I will not go back to that Dairy Queens again.

Went here last night and had a great experience. We arrived just before closing, and the cook, Dawn, took our order. She was extremely nice and gave us a lot of toppings in our blizzards, which as every blizzard eater knows, makes or breaks the treat. Thanks Dawn!

Was four star...but when you ask for extra chocolate in a banana split blizzard and she doesnt put ANY chocolate? She was the day manager, too...this has happened twice so far. I know, its dairy queen, cant expect much, but i would like my order right.

These other reviews are out of date. The ownership and management have changed. The place is clean, the service is great. The employees are courteous and the food is great...one of the best burgers in Waco..the hunger buster with chese!!! Yummy.

Food was good, and they were able/happy to make me a blizzard that was discontinued awhile back. :) Its been a bit of a rough week, so that blizzard I remembered from my childhood was a pretty awesome pick-me-up.

Do not go here. It is awful. The place looks horrible and the service is terrible. Stay away. I love Dairy Queen but not this place. It is bad.
